原水入口及泵送方案翻譯-中英版
投標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)基本與新的Niroth入口設(shè)計(jì)而非Chruoy Chang War二期現(xiàn)有的入口設(shè)計(jì)類似。通過挖掘和現(xiàn)澆打樁的方法進(jìn)行施工。承包商應(yīng)決定其是否采用此種施工方法或者向工程師提出其他方法,如:沉箱打樁(階段1期)或其他適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒。在入口做好?zhǔn)備階段II期泵的安裝。(共計(jì)270 MLD)
調(diào)整入口大小以便安裝原水泵站(RWPS),處理量為135 MLD。如果從水壓條件出發(fā),在不影響運(yùn)行和維護(hù)的情況下,承包商可以在招標(biāo)圖紙上提出不同的大小供工程師審批。
取水塔的水流入口需要有兩個(gè)水閘閥,直徑1800mm,入口上層安裝備用的電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)操作盤,由電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)。入口處的開口直徑為2200 mm,用不銹鋼網(wǎng)格保護(hù)。由電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)來(lái)對(duì)不銹鋼網(wǎng)進(jìn)行清理,此項(xiàng)包含在工程施工項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)。
原水處理泵站的招標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)要求安排4個(gè)額定輸出量為1 878 m3/h的泵,包括一個(gè)備用泵(3個(gè)泵滿負(fù)荷以最大水頭運(yùn)行,1個(gè)泵作為備用)。如果現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作區(qū)域所需工作等于或大于3個(gè)泵所能提供的量,且備用泵也投入使用,可以更換泵的數(shù)量。四個(gè)垂直表面潛水泵的外表面應(yīng)安裝有電機(jī)。泵的操作速度可以調(diào)節(jié)以適應(yīng)操作需要及水位變化。泵的額定流速不得超過1 000 rpm (50 Hz)。(因?yàn)槟承┎僮髟,需要VFD提供速度超過1000 RPM的泵)。入口和支路屬于兩個(gè)階段(8個(gè)泵-包括2個(gè)備用,且流量為270 MLD)

承包商應(yīng)建議盡可能使用流量-水頭特征與以下曲線相同,或稍高的泵,但必須在流量范圍以內(nèi)。最高的頻率與最低的頻率曲線應(yīng)在保護(hù)范圍內(nèi)。顯示的頻率值(30,5 Hz, 50 Hz and 51 Hz)僅具備指示性。

Subcontract order
