Construction of Steel Structure
鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的制作：鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作前要根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)，結(jié)合圖紙尺寸進(jìn)行放大樣。大樣放好后應(yīng)進(jìn)行校對(duì)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)員、施工員應(yīng)對(duì)大樣進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收，經(jīng)檢查驗(yàn)收無(wú)誤后，方可進(jìn)行下料。下料時(shí)采用自動(dòng)切割機(jī)具切割，自動(dòng)切割機(jī)下料前要進(jìn)行試切割，調(diào)整割嘴的高度、角度，切割機(jī)軌道要墊平、墊穩(wěn)，行進(jìn)速度要調(diào)整好，以保證切割線的平滑順直。切割前板材表面應(yīng)清理干凈。
Fabrication of steel structure: perform magnified sample before fabricating steel structure according to measuring data on site combined with dimension on drawing. After checking the magnified sample, technicians and constructers on site shall check and accept magnified sample and then carry out blanking through successful checking and acceptance. Adopt automatic cutting machine for cutting during blanking; perform trial cutting before using automatic cutting machine for blanking and adjust height and angle of cutting nozzle; the cutting machine shall be installed on an even and steady base and its rate shall be well regulated to ensure the cutting line is smooth and straight. The surface of board material shall be cleaned before being cutting.
制作時(shí)先做好平臺(tái)，然后將下好的料進(jìn)行試拼裝，檢查下料是否正確，拼裝后的尺寸是否符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，檢查無(wú)誤后進(jìn)行點(diǎn)焊拼裝，拼裝好后按設(shè)計(jì)要求要用埋弧焊機(jī)進(jìn)行焊接。施焊前要做好焊接胎位、走道，把焊件放在胎位上進(jìn)行焊接。焊絲選用HO8錳A型，焊劑選用J431型。焊接時(shí)要控制焊縫的厚度，應(yīng)滿足設(shè)計(jì)及規(guī)范的要求，構(gòu)件焊接后如發(fā)生變形的，可根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求采用機(jī)械或高溫進(jìn)行調(diào)直，以達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的尺寸及幾何形狀的要求。
Make a platform before fabricating and then trial assemble the blanking; check if the blanking is correct and the dimension through trial assembly complies with requirement of design or not, and then carry out spot welding and assembling, after that carry out welding with submerged arc welding machine as per design. Before welding, reserve welding focal position as well as the walkway and put welding parts on focal position for welding. Take HO8 Mn A-type as welding wire and J431-type as welding flux. Control welding thickness of welding seam during welding, meeting demands of design and regulation. If components deform after welding, straighten them with machine or under high temperature to specific dimension and geometrical shape as per design.
鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的安裝：鋼結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)預(yù)制后，用運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛運(yùn)至施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，再用小平板車(chē)從施工平臺(tái)運(yùn)至安裝點(diǎn)，再用輕型扒桿吊裝就位，進(jìn)行拼裝焊接。安裝順序是先主梁、后次梁、最后安裝邊梁。安裝時(shí)先將構(gòu)件就位，拼裝點(diǎn)焊，點(diǎn)焊后再進(jìn)行尺寸位置檢查，無(wú)誤后進(jìn)行焊接。焊接要注意溫度變化對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響，分點(diǎn)分開(kāi)施焊，以分散熱變形產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力。
Installation of steel structure: after being prefabricated, apply transport vehicle to carry steel structure to construction site and then move them to the installation spot from construction platform by flat cars and then use light derrick mast to hoist them to a fixed place for assembling and welding. The installation sequence begins from girder to rear secondary girder and then edge beam. During installation, set components to fixed spots in advance for assembling & welding and then check size and position after spot welding, finally carry out welding. Pay attention to the influence of temperature on structure and separating points shall be welded individually in order to disperse stress generated from thermal deformation.
鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的防腐處理：
Anti-corrosion treatment of steel structure:
鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作安裝后，應(yīng)該進(jìn)行檢查驗(yàn)收，驗(yàn)收合格后即應(yīng)進(jìn)行除銹防腐：
After installing steel structure, check and accept it; if qualified, carry out anti-rust treatment after acceptance.
①用砂紙進(jìn)行人工除銹3遍。
① Manually remove rust by abrasive paper for three times.
②刷底漆：經(jīng)除銹處理后的構(gòu)件，報(bào)請(qǐng)監(jiān)理工程師驗(yàn)收后，可進(jìn)行刷防銹底漆。本工程使用環(huán)氧富鋅防銹底漆，施工時(shí)可用人工涂刷，必須涂布均勻，不產(chǎn)生流墜或漏涂。下一遍油漆要在上一遍干透后進(jìn)行。本工程對(duì)構(gòu)件的防腐要求三遍底漆，每遍完成后要進(jìn)行檢查，達(dá)不到設(shè)計(jì)要求的應(yīng)認(rèn)真整改。
② Paint primer: after anti-rust treatment of components, report and require supervision engineer for acceptance and then paint anti-corrosion primer. This project applies Zn-Rich Epoxic Anti-rust Primer, painting manually during construction, which should be uniform without sagging of paint or skip. The second painting should be carried out after last paint has been completely dried.
待防銹底漆施工完畢，并干透后即進(jìn)行面層油漆施工。根據(jù)業(yè)主的要求進(jìn)行施工。
After anti-rust primer has been painted, construct with top finish when anti-corrosion primer is completely dry according to requirement of owner.
③注意事項(xiàng)：油漆施工時(shí)，要杜絕火種，施工環(huán)境要通風(fēng)，作業(yè)人員要戴防護(hù)口罩，防止中毒。
③ Notices: put out the kindling when painting, construction environment shall be ventilated and operators shall wear protective mask to prevent from poisoning.
（四）屋面工程
(IV) Roofing Project
本工程屋頂為荷蘭瓦屋面和茅草屋面兩種。
The roofing project of this construction includes both Holland Tile Roofing and Thatch Roofing.
木屋架的施工
1. Construction of Timber Roof Truss
（1） 木料準(zhǔn)備：木材品種、材質(zhì)、規(guī)格、數(shù)量必須與施工圖要求一致。板、木方材不允許有腐朽、蟲(chóng)蛀現(xiàn)象，在連接的受剪面上不允許有裂紋，木節(jié)不適過(guò)于集中，且不允許有活木節(jié)。原木或方木含水率不應(yīng)大于25%，木材結(jié)構(gòu)含水率不應(yīng)大于18%。防腐、防蟲(chóng)、防火處理按設(shè)計(jì)要求施工。
（1）Preparation of Timber: variety, material, specification and quantity of timber must be consistent with construction drawing. No decay or moth attacking is allowed for board and squared timber and no crack is allowed for cutting surface; excessively concentrated knots are unsuitable and loose knots are not allowed. The moisture content of log or squared timber shall not be more than 25% and the moisture content of wood structure shall not be more than 18%. Treatments of anti-corrosion, insect prevention and fireproof shall be constructed according the requirement of design.
（2） 木構(gòu)件加工制作：各種木構(gòu)件按施工圖要求下料加工，根據(jù)不同加工精度留足加工余量。加工后的木構(gòu)件及時(shí)核對(duì)規(guī)格及數(shù)量，分來(lái)堆放整齊。對(duì)易變形的硬雜木，堆放時(shí)適當(dāng)采取防變形措施。采用鋼材連接件的材質(zhì)、型號(hào)、規(guī)格和連結(jié)的方法、方式等必須與施工圖相符。連接的鋼構(gòu)件應(yīng)作防銹處理。
（2）Processing & Fabricating Timber Component: each timber component shall be processed as per requirement of drawing with enough process allowance. Check specification and quantity of processed timber components, which are piled up by class. Hardwood which is easy distorted shall be piled up with anti-deformation measure. The material, model, specification of steel connecters as well as connection method shall comply with construction drawing.
（3） 木構(gòu)件組裝：
（3）Assembly of Timber Component:
A． 結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件質(zhì)量必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，堆放或運(yùn)輸中無(wú)損壞或變形。
A．The quality of structural members complies with requirement of design, no damage or deformation occurs in stacking or transportation.
B． 木結(jié)構(gòu)的支座、支撐、連接等構(gòu)件必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和施工規(guī)范的規(guī)定，連接必須牢固，無(wú)松動(dòng)。
B．Base, support and connecting components of wood structure must be in accordance with requirement of design and regulation of construction, and the connection must be firm and firm.
C． 屋架、梁、柱的支座部位應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求或施工規(guī)范作防腐處理。
．Perform anticorrosion treatment for supporting parts of roof truss, girder and post according to design and construction code.
（4） 木結(jié)構(gòu)涂飾：
（4） Painting of Wood Structure:
A． 清除木材面毛刺、污物，用砂布打磨光滑。
A. Eliminate burrs and dirt on surface of timber, polishing it to be smooth with abrasive cloth.
B． 打底層膩?zhàn)樱珊笊安即蚰ス饣?/p>
B Spread lacquer putty as a base coat and polish it to be smooth with abrasive cloth after drying.
C． 按設(shè)計(jì)要求底漆，面漆及層次逐層施工。
C． Construction starts from priming paint to top finish layer by layer according to requirement of design.
D． 混色漆嚴(yán)禁脫皮、漏刷、反銹、透底、流墜、皺皮。表面光亮、光滑、線條平直。
D． As for composite paint, decortications, skips, anti-corrosion, divulged details, sagging of paint and wrinkles are strictly prohibited, the surface shall be bright and the line shall be even and straight.
E． 清漆嚴(yán)禁脫皮、漏刷、斑跡、透底、流墜、皺皮、表面光亮、光滑、線條平直。
E． As for varnish paint, decortications, skips, spots, divulged details, sagging of paint and wrinkles are strictly prohibited, the surface shall be bright and the line shall be even and straight.
F． 桐油應(yīng)用干凈布浸油后擠干，揉涂在干燥的木材面上。嚴(yán)禁漏涂、脫皮、起皺、斑跡、透底、流墜、表面光亮光滑，線條平直。
F. Dip clean cloth into tung oil and squeeze it, then spread it onto dry timber surface. Skips, decortications, wrinkles, spots, divulged details and sagging of paint are strictly prohibited, the surface shall be bright and the line shall be even and straight.
