各工種穿插作業(yè)，不同工種的插入對上道工序所遺留的工作環(huán)境不是很熟悉，必須在施工技術交底將工作環(huán)境尤其是具有安全隱患的內容加以著重說明；

分包商對所進入的工作范圍內的安全防護不得任意拆改，我方作為總承包管理將對分包商負責人對現(xiàn)場安全標志的內容進行圖示明確，嚴禁分包商拆改，將安全內容專門納入合同簽訂的一項重要內容；
The subcontractor shall not dismantle and change the safe protection in the working range. We as general contracting management party shall clearly mark the on site safety sign in graphic presentation for each subcontractor and director. It is forbidden for the subcontractor to dismantle and change for the on site safety sign. It is necessary to place the safe content as an important content in contract;
分包商對安全防護影響工作的，應及時向我方匯報，由我方安全負責人對安全防護進行拆改方案的編制或審定，未經同意的安全拆改視為對工程的藐視，我公司將視情節(jié)嚴重程度給予分包商處罰，嚴重的將予以清除出場并追究該分包商的相關責任；
The subcontractor construction influenced the work of safe protection shall report to us in time. Our safe director shall responsible for the auditing and approval of removal project of safe protection device. The removal operation without approval shall be treated as contempt of project. Subcontractor shall be penalized by our company in accordance with its severity; if the circumstances are serious, the subcontractor shall be dispelled from site and investigated for their relevant responsibilities;
本工程工期很緊，對安全工作也是一種挑戰(zhàn)，總包單位負責人將每日對現(xiàn)場進行巡視，每層施工前對安全防護提前制定方案，如有變化，及時調整，不留安全死角，對容易隨時間發(fā)生狀態(tài)變化的防護如腳手架等，應定期檢查；
This project is very urgent and the safety work is also a challenge; the general contractor shall make an inspection tour on site every day. Establish the scheme for safe protection in advance before the construction of each floor. If there is any change, it is necessary to engage in a relevant adjustment; ensure the site is free of dead angle of security. Perform regular inspection for the protective device easy to change with time such as scaffold;
安全防護的各項材料進場應是國家安全檢查機構推薦品牌，嚴禁使用假冒偽劣產品；
Each materials of safe protection on site shall be recommended brands of national safety inspection organization. It is forbidden to use the fake and forged products;
每星期的生產例會，各分包商應服從總包單位的檢查批評意見，獎優(yōu)罰劣，以此促進安全工作的改進。
The production regular meeting of each week, every subcontractor shall observe the inspection opinion of general contractor unit; implement the principle of “reward the good and punish the bad” so as to promote the improvement of the safety work.
