6.9.2. Safety technical measure of template project
地面上的支模場地必須平整夯實(shí)，并同時(shí)排除現(xiàn)場的不安全因素。
Place for propping up mould shall be tamping; eliminate the unsafe factor of working site at the same time.
模板工程作業(yè)高度在2m以上時(shí)，必須設(shè)置安全防護(hù)設(shè)施。
When the operating height of template project is higher than 2m, it is necessary to arrange safety protection facilities.
操作人員登高必須走人行梯道，嚴(yán)禁利用模板支撐攀登上下，不得在墻頂、及其他高處狹窄而無防護(hù)的模板上行走。
The operating personnel shall take ladder for climb up. It is forbidden to climb up through the template, and personnel walk on the wall, isolated beam and the other template without prevention unit is not allowed.
模板的立柱頂撐必須設(shè)牢固的拉桿，不得與臨時(shí)物件相連接。模板安裝過程中，不得間歇，柱頭、搭頭、立柱頂撐、拉桿等必須安裝牢固成整體后，作業(yè)人員才允許離開。
The column support of the template shall firmly fixed by pull rod, which shall not link with interim articles. It is forbidden to have intermittence during the installation process of template. The construction personnel shall not leave until the column cap, lap, column support, and pull rod are firmly installed to form an integral unit.
基礎(chǔ)及地下工程模板安裝，必須檢查基坑土壁邊坡的穩(wěn)定狀況，基坑上口邊沿1m以內(nèi)不得堆放模板及材料。向坑內(nèi)運(yùn)送模板構(gòu)件時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁拋擲。使用起重機(jī)械運(yùn)送時(shí)，下方操作人員必須遠(yuǎn)離危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域。
The installation of foundation and underground project template shall check the steady state of the wall slope of foundation pit. 1m area along upper opening of foundation pit border shall not be pile up with the templates and materials. It is forbidden to throw the component of the template to the pit in transporting process. Personnel shall not stand under the endanger area while hoisting machinery is operated for transferring process.
組裝立柱模板時(shí)，四周必須設(shè)牢固支撐，應(yīng)將幾個(gè)柱模連成整體。支設(shè)獨(dú)立梁模應(yīng)搭設(shè)臨時(shí)操作平臺(tái)，不得站在柱模上操作和在梁底模上行走和立側(cè)模。
During the assembling process of column template, the construction area shall be firmly supported. It is applicable to link the several column moulds into an integral unit. Set up the interim operating platform for the independent beam mould. It is forbidden to stand on the column mould for operation and walk on bottom mould of beam and side mould.
拆模作業(yè)時(shí)，必須設(shè)警戒區(qū)，嚴(yán)禁下方有人進(jìn)入。拆模人員必須站在平穩(wěn)牢固可靠的地方，保持自身平衡，不得猛撬，以防失穩(wěn)墜落。
The security area shall be arranged during the removal process. It is forbidden to walk under the construction area. The removal personnel shall stand in a firm and reliable place; keep one's own balance; and do not prize suddenly in case of accident of lose balance and falling.
嚴(yán)禁用吊車直接吊除沒有撬松動(dòng)的模板。
It is forbidden to use crane directly hoist the template which does not prize loosely.
拆除的模板支撐等材料，必須邊拆、邊清、邊運(yùn)、邊碼垛。
The removal support materials of template shall dismantle, clear, transport, and pile up simultaneously with the removal process.
樓層高處拆下的材料，嚴(yán)禁向下拋擲。
The material removal from high floor shall not throw downward.
6.9.3. 混凝土工程安全技術(shù)措施
6.9.3. Safety technical measure of concrete project
澆筑混凝土使用的導(dǎo)管節(jié)間必須連接牢靠，操作部位應(yīng)設(shè)護(hù)身欄桿，不得直接站在溜放槽幫上操作。
The intersegment of pipe guide applying in casting concrete shall be firmly fixed. The operating area shall have railing, and it is prohibit standing on edge of the rolling slot for operation.
澆筑高度2m以上的混凝土應(yīng)搭設(shè)操作平臺(tái)，不得站在模板或支撐上操作。
The operating platform shall be arranged in case of the height of casting concrete above 2m. It is forbidden to stand on template or supporting frame for operation.
使用輸送泵輸送混凝土?xí)r，應(yīng)由2人以上人員牽引布料桿。管道接頭、安全閥、管道等必須安裝牢固，輸送前應(yīng)試送，檢修時(shí)必須卸壓。
When the transfer pump is applied for concrete transportation, two personnel or above shall be assigned for pulling the cloth pole. The pipeline connection, relief valve, pipeline, etc. shall be firmly installed. Perform trail process before transportation; release pressure in case of overhauling.
混凝土振搗器使用前必須經(jīng)電工檢驗(yàn)確認(rèn)合格后方可使用。開關(guān)箱內(nèi)必須裝設(shè)漏電保護(hù)器，插座插頭應(yīng)完好無損，電源線不得破皮漏電；操作者必須穿絕緣鞋，戴絕緣手套。
The concrete vibrator shall be checked and confirmed by the electrician that unit is qualified before application. The leakage protector shall be installed in the switch case, the socket plug keeps intact; the cable is free of broken cover to avoid electric leakage; the operator must wear the insulating shoes and the insulating glove.
