1、加速空白地級(jí)城市的業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)發(fā)，上半年在全國(guó)18家空白地級(jí)城市專(zhuān)賣(mài)店的成功開(kāi)發(fā)中，武漢分公司占據(jù)了11家；也為未來(lái)1-2年進(jìn)行縣級(jí)城市專(zhuān)賣(mài)店的開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)行了很好的嘗試，今年上半年，武漢分公司還成功開(kāi)發(fā)了湖北十堰地區(qū)竹溪縣專(zhuān)賣(mài)店（和分公司直接簽署經(jīng)銷(xiāo)協(xié)議，首批進(jìn)貨3萬(wàn)元）；
2、第三方物流運(yùn)作模式的逐步成熟使得各經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商開(kāi)始逐步加大瓷磚膠、填縫料在各地的推廣，尤其是在家裝渠道中的大力推廣，并已開(kāi)始得到回報(bào)，從而讓我們的產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售結(jié)構(gòu)更趨合理。
3、隨著第三方物流運(yùn)作模式的逐步成熟，各大百萬(wàn)經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商開(kāi)始更有信心的逐步加大了對(duì)市場(chǎng)的投入，經(jīng)銷(xiāo)熱情更加高漲，從而可更好的保證市場(chǎng)的良性、持續(xù)運(yùn)行；
4、第三方物流運(yùn)作模式無(wú)形中大幅增加了分公司的費(fèi)用和支出，但上半年我們?nèi)匀荒艹~完成預(yù)算，從另一方面證明武漢分公司的“以商養(yǎng)商、以市場(chǎng)養(yǎng)市場(chǎng)”的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略是可行的。
（一）加快和加強(qiáng)對(duì)新進(jìn)員工的培訓(xùn)，確保能盡快產(chǎn)生銷(xiāo)售力；
（二）進(jìn)一步構(gòu)想?yún)⒖急本┦薪ㄖb飾裝修鑲貼工比武大獎(jiǎng)賽規(guī)則， 組織湖南、湖北各總經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商和裝修協(xié)會(huì)進(jìn)行合作試點(diǎn)，舉行產(chǎn)品推廣會(huì)，在兩省各組織一次聲勢(shì)較大的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)，為下半年的銷(xiāo)售增長(zhǎng)帶來(lái)新的亮點(diǎn)；如可行，再在陜西、河南兩省推廣；同時(shí)借此機(jī)會(huì)，加大轄區(qū)內(nèi)空白地級(jí)城市專(zhuān)賣(mài)店的開(kāi)發(fā)工作，力爭(zhēng)在第三季度確保將所有的空白地級(jí)城市全部開(kāi)發(fā)出來(lái)；
