供給堿液的主要工藝設(shè)計特征,在電解槽加滿和沖洗停車要求中作出定義正如3.2.4章節(jié)中的描述。本章節(jié)內(nèi)容對這些規(guī)定和其它額外要求進行

必須提供堿液進料低流量跳閘裝置,通過斷開整流器,防止陽極液室的堿液水位下降和組件損壞。由于短期流量控制造成的干擾,在低流量故

電解槽停車時,電解槽的堿液進料必須立即進行灌滿,并保持完整的進料流程。電解槽的灌滿流程有兩項可接受選項提供:

對于BICHLORTM 電解槽而言,產(chǎn)生的液體和氣體流入每個單元槽的頂部時并不分開,而是順BICHLORTM出口總管排出,同時傳輸氣體和液體兩個
產(chǎn)品。這些氣體和液體通常用一個較大的T形連接裝置通過出口總管排出。
在氣體/液體分離點的輸送管線必須設(shè)計為,液體采用重力方式分離到陽極液和陰極液槽。在全部可能的操作條件下,出口輸送管線里的液體水
位必須保持在氣體液體分離點的水平下面。防止給離子膜和電解槽造成任何背面加壓,避免將液體帶進氣體總管。
