電纜基本技術(shù)規(guī)格Basic technical specification of the cable
1. 本項(xiàng)目車輛段的信號電纜由投標(biāo)人根據(jù)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成需要進(jìn)行相應(yīng)配置，選用的電纜應(yīng)至少具有兩條城市軌道交通正線線路的良好運(yùn)用業(yè)績。The cable used in this project shall carry on the corresponding configuration design according to the requirements of the system by the bidder. The selected cable shall have a good application achievement at least with two pieces of straight line circuit of urban rail transportation.
2. 所有電纜的規(guī)格均應(yīng)符合相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范，經(jīng)國家電線電纜質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心或鐵道部產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心測試合格，并附有檢測報(bào)告。The specifications of all cables shall comply with relevant standard and regulation, be checked as qualified by authority departments of national cable quality surveillance inspection center of electric wire or the products quality surveillance inspection center of Ministry of Railways, and submit the testing report.
3. 電纜應(yīng)機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，絕緣性能好，彎曲能力及抗沖擊能力強(qiáng)，防腐、防水、防蟲鼠害、防電磁干擾。地面的電纜外護(hù)層還應(yīng)具有防紫外線的特性。The cable shall have high mechanical strength, good performance of insulating, bending capacity and strong impact resistance, antiseptic, waterproof, insect prevention and rat-proof, and EMI Shielding. Protective layer of cable on the ground shall have the performance of anti-ultraviolet.
4. 電纜應(yīng)適合于震動較為劇烈、使用條件較為惡劣的地鐵運(yùn)輸環(huán)境。The cable shall be suitable for the comparatively violent shaking and comparatively abominable service transporting condition of subway.
5. 電纜的導(dǎo)線絕緣、內(nèi)護(hù)套、外護(hù)套均應(yīng)采用低煙、無鹵、阻燃的進(jìn)口材料。The insulating, interior sheath and exterior sheath of cable shall adopt low smoke, zero-halogen and free-flame retardant material.
6. 室外及隧道內(nèi)的電纜應(yīng)鎧裝，鎧裝帶應(yīng)鍍鋅，電纜的結(jié)構(gòu)形式應(yīng)視系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的控制、傳輸特性要求進(jìn)行合理選擇，并滿足相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。The exterior cable shall be sheathed. The structure form of the cable shall be rationally selected according to the requirements of control of the system equipment and transmission characteristic to, and conform to relevant standard.
7. 電纜的電氣性能如導(dǎo)線直徑、導(dǎo)線電阻、絕緣電阻、工作電容、分布電容等電氣參數(shù)，應(yīng)滿足相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求，工廠試驗(yàn)按DIN  VDE472（或相應(yīng)的IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及國內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）對下述電氣參數(shù)測試：The electric performance of the cable such as electric parameters of diameter of the wire, resistance of wire, insulating resistance, operating capacity and distribution capacity, etc., shall meet with relevant standards and requirements. Factory test shall carry on the following electric parameters tests according to corresponding IEC standard and domestic standards:
 導(dǎo)線電阻 501；Wire resistance 501;
 絕緣電阻 502；Insulation resistance 502;
 有效電容 504；Effective capacitance 504;
 不平衡電容 506；Unbalance capacitance 506;
 衰減系數(shù) 507；Attenuation coefficient 507;
 介電強(qiáng)度 509。Dielectric strength 509.
 材料的機(jī)械及溫度特性按照：Mechanical and temperature characteristic of materials:
 導(dǎo)線／屏蔽材料參照DIN  VDE0816（第2部分）或相應(yīng)的IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及國內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；Wire/shielding material refers to the corresponding DIN VDE0816 (The second part ) standard and domestic standards;
 無鹵絕緣材料參照DIN  VDE0207（第2部分、第23部分、第24部分）或相應(yīng)的IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及國內(nèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Halogen-free insulating material refers to the corresponding DIN VDE0207 (The second part, 23 part, 24 part) standard and domestic standard.
8. 電纜交貨長度為1500m或500m，500m以下的短段電纜交貨長度不超過總交貨長度的5%。包裝及標(biāo)志應(yīng)符合GB/T 13849-93有關(guān)規(guī)定。Delivered length of cable shall be 1500m or 500m; the delivered length of cable greater than 50m and under the 500m shall not exceed 5% of total delivered length. Package and identification shall comply with relevant regulations of GB/T 13849-93.
9. 電纜使用壽命不小于 25年。Cable service life shall not be less than 25 years
7.21.2 光纜基本技術(shù)規(guī)格Basic technical specification of the optical cable
1. 信號系統(tǒng)的安全信息傳輸通道宜采用獨(dú)立的單模光纜，選用的光纜應(yīng)至少具有兩條城市軌道交通正線線路的良好運(yùn)用業(yè)績。The transmission passage of security information the signal system shall adopt the independent single mould optical cable.
2. 所有光纜的規(guī)格均應(yīng)符合相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范，經(jīng)國家電線電纜質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心測試合格，并附有檢測報(bào)告。The specifications of all optical cables comply with relevant standards and regulations, be checked as qualified by authority departments of national cable quality surveillance inspection center of electric wire, and submit the testing report.
3. 光纜護(hù)套以內(nèi)的所有間隙采用油膏填充阻水措施，包帶及其內(nèi)外的纜芯間隙采用油膏連續(xù)充滿。內(nèi)套和護(hù)套之間的間隙連續(xù)放置阻水膨脹帶。All interval of the optical cable within the sheath shall adopt the ointment to fill in the interspaces of the cable. The belting and the interval of its internal and external cable core shall adopt the ointment to fill in succession. The interval between the internal and external shall arrange with the water repellent expansion joint in succession.
4. 光纜護(hù)層結(jié)構(gòu)采用內(nèi)護(hù)層為雙面涂塑鋁帶粘接PE套＋雙面涂塑軋紋鋼帶+低煙、無鹵、阻燃聚乙烯護(hù)套。光纜結(jié)構(gòu)與護(hù)層應(yīng)具有防電蝕、防鼠咬、蟲害等特性。地面光纜外護(hù)層還應(yīng)具有防紫外線的特性。The optical fiber cable with composite sheath adopt the PE case of double coated aluminum tide in inner sheath + double coated corrugated steel tide + low smoke, Halogen free and free-flame retardant polyethylene jacket;
5. 光纜的纖芯應(yīng)采用國際知名品牌。The fiber core of the optical cable shall adopt world / domestic famous brand.
6. 投標(biāo)人提供的光纜應(yīng)符合以下應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：The optical cable provided by the bidder shall comply with the following standards :
a) GB7472-87  －通信光纜的一般要求；GB7472-87  －General requirements for the communication optical cable;
b) GB9771-88  －通信用單模光纖系列；GB9771-88  －Single mould optic fiber series of communication;
c) GB8401-87  －光纖的傳輸特性和光學(xué)特性測試方法；GB8401-87  －The transmission characteristic of the optic fiber and testing method of optics characteristic；
d) GB8402-87  －光纖的（幾何）尺寸參數(shù)測量方法；GB8402-87  －Specification measurement procedure for optic fiber (geometry) size;

j) GB7424、GB8405 －光纜的滲水及護(hù)套的透水性能。GB7424、GB8405 －Water permeability of infiltration and sheath of optical cable.
7. 光纜成束后的燃燒試驗(yàn)必須符合IEC 332-3C；低煙指標(biāo)透光率大于60％（IEC 1034）；無鹵指標(biāo)HCL的含量小于4mg/g。Combustion test after binding the cable into a bundle shall comply with the regulation of IEC 332-3C. The transmittance of low smoke index exceeds 60% (IEC 1034); the halogen free index HCL is smaller than 4mg/g.
8. 光纜的使用壽命不少于30年。The service life of the optical cable shall not be smaller than 30 years.
