信號(hào)機(jī)Semaphore

1. 信號(hào)機(jī)原則上設(shè)置于列車運(yùn)行方向線路的右側(cè)，其安裝條件應(yīng)符合和滿足本工程線路限界要求。In principle, the semaphore should be set on the right side along the direction that trains pass by and the installing conditions shall comply with requirements on the line boundary of this project.
2. 信號(hào)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)采用LED光源小型鋁合金組合機(jī)構(gòu)，并經(jīng)電泳或噴塑處理，確保在地鐵環(huán)境下使用不腐蝕。The semaphore shall adopt small aluminum alloy mechanism with LED, which is treated with electrophoresis or spray coating to ensure that it can be used in underground without corrosion.
3. 信號(hào)機(jī)的設(shè)置和顯示應(yīng)符合中華人民共和國(guó)的有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Setting and displaying of the semaphore must be in accordance with related design regulations and standards of PRC.
4. 所采用的LED信號(hào)機(jī)必須滿足中華人民共和國(guó)鐵道部運(yùn)基信號(hào)[2003] 144號(hào)公布的《LED鐵路信號(hào)機(jī)構(gòu)技術(shù)條件（暫行）》的要求，并應(yīng)通過鐵道部等權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)的審查鑒定，具有在城市軌道交通或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的良好運(yùn)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)。The applied LED semaphore must satisfy the Technical Specification for LED Railway Semaphore (temporary) [2003] No. 144 issued by PRC Ministry of Railways and pass the examination by the authority as Ministry of Railways, with good operating experience in urban transportation or relevant domain.
5. 配置信號(hào)機(jī)“燈絲斷絲報(bào)警儀”，實(shí)現(xiàn)單架信號(hào)機(jī)LED點(diǎn)陣光源故障率達(dá)到規(guī)定值時(shí)的報(bào)警。具有二極管短路報(bào)警功能。Being equipped with an “alarming device for burnout of a filament”, it alarms when the failure rate of LED dot-matrix light for a semaphore reaches a set value, with an alarming function of shorted-diode fault.
7.41.2 轉(zhuǎn)轍機(jī)Switch machine
1. 轉(zhuǎn)轍機(jī)及其安裝裝置的所有技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)必須滿足鐵道部的相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（轉(zhuǎn)轍機(jī)通用技術(shù)條件TB/T 2614-2005）；All technical standards of switch machine and its installing devices must comply with related technical standards of Ministry of Railways (General specifications for switch machines TB/T 2614-2005);
2. 轉(zhuǎn)轍機(jī)的所有零部件須檢查合格，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件及外購(gòu)件必須符合各自的技術(shù)條件；All components of the point switch must be qualified through examination, standard parts and outsourcing parts must comply with technical conditions respectively;
3. 轉(zhuǎn)轍機(jī)應(yīng)能滿足GB4949.2（低壓電器外殼）防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP54級(jí)的規(guī)定，在機(jī)箱內(nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)有排油污水的結(jié)構(gòu)；The switch machine shall meet with regulations of GB4949.2 (low-voltage apparatus enclosure), about protection grade as IP54, and a structure for draining oil and water should be set within the machine;
4. 轉(zhuǎn)轍機(jī)內(nèi)為方便維修和更換，應(yīng)設(shè)有插接件端子排，需要維護(hù)保養(yǎng)的零部件應(yīng)便于觀察和拆裝。Plug connectors and terminal strips should be set in the switch machine for convenience of maintenance, and parts require maintenance and service should be easily observed and disassembled.
5. 轉(zhuǎn)轍機(jī)機(jī)殼須具有良好的防水、防銹蝕性能及免油飾維護(hù)，具有防止桿件進(jìn)水措施。The enclosure of switch machine must be well waterproof, anti-corrosion and easy maintenance without lubricating oil, taking measures to prevent water entering into the member bar.
6. 三相交流電動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)轍機(jī)的使用壽命，轉(zhuǎn)轍機(jī)無故障動(dòng)作次數(shù)應(yīng)為100萬次以上。The service life of three-phase AC electric switch machine should be that the switch machine is able to operate over one million times without fault.
7. 轉(zhuǎn)轍機(jī)的選用應(yīng)符合和滿足2號(hào)線線路限界要求和軌道及道床條件，方便維修。The selected switch machine shall comply with requirements of boundary line for line 2 as well as conditions of track and track bed for the convenience of maintenance.
8. 轉(zhuǎn)轍機(jī)安裝的緊固螺栓應(yīng)采用防松螺栓，桿件應(yīng)采用防曠動(dòng)桿件。The lockage blots are used for installing switch machine as fastening bolts, and member parts adopt anti-sway member parts.
9. 車輛段采用ZDJ9型轉(zhuǎn)轍機(jī)。The vehicle depot adopts ZDJ9 type switch machine.
7.51.3 軌道電路Track circuit
1. 車輛段內(nèi)軌道電路滿足中華人民共和國(guó)鐵道部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鐵路信號(hào)站內(nèi)聯(lián)鎖設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》（TB10071－2000）對(duì)站內(nèi)軌道電路的有關(guān)技術(shù)要求；The track circuit within the vehicle depot shall be in accordance with related technical requirements on track circuit within the stations from the Code for Design of Railway Signal Interlocking within Stations（TB10071－2000）issued by PRC Ministry of Railways;
2. 在車輛段內(nèi)采用50Hz單軌條相敏軌道電路。The 50Hz phase-sensitive single rail track circuit shall be adopted in the vehicle depot.
7.61.4 信號(hào)軌旁設(shè)備箱/盒Signal equipment case/box besides the track
1. 軌旁設(shè)備箱盒原則上均采用經(jīng)鐵道部鑒定或?qū)彶榈漠a(chǎn)品，鋁合金分體式箱盒。The equipment case/box besides the track was approved by the Ministry of Railways, which is made of aluminum alloy.
2. 信號(hào)設(shè)備箱/盒須采用具有防腐、防水、防塵等性能的材料制成的密封型箱/盒，電纜通過夾緊的密封管進(jìn)入設(shè)備箱/盒。Signal equipment case/box must adopt material with characteristics of anti-corrosion, waterproof and dust resistance, etc. and the cable enters into the equipment case/box through a pinched sealed tube.
3. 信號(hào)設(shè)備箱/盒的大小尺寸須采用國(guó)鐵通用的信號(hào)設(shè)備箱/盒。The dimensions of signal equipment case/box must be the one specified by the National Railway.
4. 每個(gè)信號(hào)設(shè)備箱/盒的前部和后部都須通過適當(dāng)圖例辨別。The front part and rear part of each signal equipment case/box must be discriminated through proper graphic illustration.
5. 須為所有信號(hào)設(shè)備箱/盒提供安全鎖裝置和掛鎖，并為打開的箱/盒門提供支撐。All signal equipment case/box must be installed with the safety lock and padlock, providing a support for the opened case/box.
6. 在信號(hào)設(shè)備箱/盒內(nèi)的終端電纜須易于拆卸以便斷開連接，并設(shè)有固定裝置。The terminal cable within the signal equipment case/box must be prone to disassemble so as to switch off easily, being set with a fixed device.
7.71.5 軌道連接線Track wiring
6.1. 投標(biāo)人提供和安裝的車輛段軌道連接線包括：鋼軌軌端接續(xù)線、道岔跳線、單軌條軌道電路的回流線、軌旁設(shè)備至鋼軌的連接線等；The track wiring of the vehicle depot shall be provided and installed by Bidder include: connection wiring of the steel track end, turnout jump wiring, return line of the single-track circuit, connection wiring from the wayside equipments to the steel track, etc.;
7.2. 軌道連接線若采用軟電纜，其外皮應(yīng)采用低煙、無鹵、阻燃材料；If the soft cable is used for the track wiring, then its cover shall use the low-smoke, zero-halogen and fire-retardant materials;
8.3. 車輛段道岔伸縮縫處及鋼軌伸縮調(diào)節(jié)器處應(yīng)設(shè)置鋼軌接續(xù)線；The steel track connection wiring shall be made at the turnout extension gap and the extension regulator of the vehicle depot;
9.4. 軌道連接線應(yīng)采用通過鐵道部鑒定或?qū)彶榈漠a(chǎn)品。The products that have passed the certification and inspection of the Ministry of Railways shall be used for the track wiring.
10.5. 投標(biāo)人提供的各種連接線規(guī)格應(yīng)滿足下表：The specification of the wires provided by Bidder shall meet the requirement of the following table:
