操作及維護(hù)說明書-中英對照版
承包商應(yīng)提供六份成套設(shè)備的操作及維護(hù)說明。每份說明書都必須使用塑料或其他審核通過的封面裝訂好。
在安裝工作開始之前，承包商應(yīng)為工程師提供兩份說明書的草稿給工程師審批，并在最終版的說明書印刷之前將工程師提出的修改及增補(bǔ)內(nèi)容考慮在內(nèi)。
說明書應(yīng)包括以下內(nèi)容：
i)完整而詳盡的設(shè)備操作說明書。說明書必須專門針對合同中所指定設(shè)備而編制，不得使用制造商對通用設(shè)備的一般說明書。
ii)詳盡的設(shè)備維護(hù)說明，圖表等，包括拆卸維修以及每日，每月，每年的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃。
iii)制造商關(guān)于設(shè)備零部件的指示宣傳單，包括：儀器，配電盤組件以及其他專業(yè)設(shè)備。
iv)所有設(shè)備的綜合部件清單。
v)記錄所有批準(zhǔn)完成的工程圖紙的拷貝件。
vi)特別提出以下幾點(diǎn)：
·控制設(shè)備輸出量的方法，
·基于流量要求，控制原水泵站流出量的方法，
·所使用的輪滑油類型，
·更換任何記錄設(shè)備的圖表，
·保留好記錄。
在遞交完成六份最終的說明書后方可頒發(fā)操作許可證書，僅第(v)部分圖紙除外，允許在操作許可證書頒發(fā)后的六周內(nèi)提交圖紙。
2.16買方人員培訓(xùn)
在工程師頒發(fā)工程的操作許可證書之前，PPWSA（金邊供水管理局）應(yīng)組織為期一個(gè)月的指導(dǎo)（培訓(xùn)）。這段時(shí)期內(nèi)，承包商應(yīng)就工程運(yùn)行及維護(hù)的方方面面對買方的人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。由一位合格的導(dǎo)師進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，培訓(xùn)每周5天，每天8小時(shí)。必須將培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目交給工程師審批。
人員培訓(xùn)在入口處進(jìn)行。
2.17管路、纜線及結(jié)構(gòu)等安全措施
承包商應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)通過使用臨時(shí)或長期的支架支撐保護(hù)器材，否則所有的管路，纜線，地面排水溝，結(jié)構(gòu)或其他物品在沒有適當(dāng)?shù)姆雷o(hù)措施保護(hù)下很容易遭到破壞。
臨時(shí)或長期的安全防護(hù)措施應(yīng)得到業(yè)主和工程師的審批同意。
2.18運(yùn)動機(jī)械的防護(hù)
所有運(yùn)動的機(jī)械都必須要恰當(dāng)?shù)姆雷o(hù)，以防意外接觸而造成傷害。特別是曝露在外的軸承和耦合器，應(yīng)使用適當(dāng)?shù)姆雷o(hù)裝置保護(hù)起來，一般情況下無法接觸到的部位除外。
2.19標(biāo)牌、銘牌及標(biāo)簽
必須在每臺設(shè)備的適當(dāng)部位附上標(biāo)牌，使用耐久性材料刻上識別名稱，類型或是序列號，以及進(jìn)行指定操作時(shí)須注意的荷載條件等詳細(xì)要求。
每臺設(shè)備都必須有銘牌或者具體項(xiàng)目的等級設(shè)定。銘牌內(nèi)容必須得到工程師的審批。
所有的配點(diǎn)盤間都應(yīng)用標(biāo)簽清楚標(biāo)明其功能，并標(biāo)出每臺儀器的指示，控制功能。標(biāo)簽的類型及內(nèi)容都必須得到工程師的審批。
所有的標(biāo)牌，銘牌及標(biāo)簽都必須使用英語。
2.20設(shè)備的運(yùn)輸及存儲
2.20.1包裝與標(biāo)記
在從生產(chǎn)國對外出口時(shí)，所有設(shè)備都應(yīng)按照國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行包裝與標(biāo)記。所有的木箱都必須使用適當(dāng)?shù)姆腊紫伻芤航荨２坏檬褂媒斩捇蝾愃朴袡C(jī)材料包裝。
所有遇水或潮濕容易變質(zhì)的材料都必須使用防水的襯料包裝好后存放至箱內(nèi)。
Operation and Maintenance instruction
Contractor shall provide six copies of complete sets of equipment operation and maintenance instructions. Each instruction shall use plastic or other approved cover binding.
Before the start of the installation work, contractor shall provide two copies of the draft specification for the engineer to engineer examination and approval before the final version of the manual printing to engineers, so as to modify and supplement content into account.
Instruction manual shall include the following contents:
I) Complete and detailed equipment operation instructions. Instructions shall be specifically for specified in the contract equipment and establishment; manufacturer shall not be used for general equipment general specification.
Ii) Detailed maintenance instructions, diagrams shall include disassembly maintenance as well as the daily, monthly and yearly maintenance plan.
Iii) Manufacturers instructions flyer about equipment parts, including: equipment, switchboard components and other professional equipment.
Iv) Composite parts list of all equipment.
V) Records all a copy of approval to complete the engineering drawings.
Vi) Especially put forward the following:
Output method, control equipment,
Raw water pumping station, based on the requirement of flow, control outflow method,
Roller skating, use oil type,
Chart, replace any recording equipment,
Keep good records.

2.16 Buyer's personnel training
Before the engineer project operation license certificate, produces (phnom penh water supply authority) shall organize a month-long guidance (training). Within this period, the contractor shall be the aspect of the project operation and maintenance in the face of the buyer's personnel training. Qualified teacher shall training for 5 days a week, 8 hours a day at least. It is required that the training programs shall submit to the engineer for approval.

2.17 Line, cable, structure safety measures
Contractor shall be responsible for through the use of temporary or long-term brace protection equipment, all line, cable, floor drain, structures or other items in the absence of appropriate protective measures to protect the damaged easily.
Temporary or long-term safety protection measures shall be the owner and the engineer's approval.
2.18 Mechanical protection
All of the mechanical movement shall be appropriate protection, to prevent accidental exposure and damage. Especially the exposure of the bearing and coupler shall use appropriate protective equipment to protect, unless it is usually unable to gain access to the site.
2.19 Sign, plaque, and labels
Attach a sign at proper positions of each device, the durability of materials used on the name on the identification, type or serial number, and shall pay attention to when specified Operation conditions of load and other detailed requirements.
Each device shall have a nameplate or specific project level Settings. Content of the nameplate shall obtain the approval by the engineer.

2.20 Equipment, transport and storage
2.20.1 Packaging and tag
All equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the international standard packaging and tag from producers to export. All the wooden cases shall use the proper solution soak for the termite. Straw or similar organic materials shall be used for packing.
All of the material is apt to deteriorate in water or damp shall use waterproof lining after deposit to box packaging.
