IV. Ground Buried Pipe Construction of Ground-Source Heat Pump

本項目的地源熱泵系統(tǒng)將要為二期服務中心一、二層餐廳用空調(diào)機組的預冷預熱盤管提供所需的冷熱量。地源熱泵地埋管按每米換熱量60W計算,地埋管設計總長度為3600米。利用72米深的鉆井50口(或20米深的鉆井80口),鉆孔內(nèi)埋設D32單U換熱管。

The ground-heat pump system of this project will be applied to provide cooling/heating energy for pre-cooling and pre-heating coil pipe of air conditioning unit on the first and second floors of service center in Phase II. The heat flux per meter for ground source heat ground buried pipe of ground-source heat pump is regarded as 60W, and the total length of ground buried pipe is 3600m. As for 50 drilling wells with 72m in depth (or 80 drilling wells with 20m in depth), D32 single U-Tube heat exchange tube is buried in drilling well.

本項目地源熱泵機組系統(tǒng)地埋管換熱器的鉆孔和埋管將設置在地下車庫地下二層地板以下的抗浮錨桿區(qū),并且同錨桿錯開布置。

The drilling and burying of ground buried pipe heat exchanger for system of f ground-source heat pump unit shall be set within anti-floating anchor zone below the garage of 2nd underground floor and same anchors should be laid with a stagger.

地埋管采用PE100型HDPE高密度聚乙烯材料(SDR11),公稱壓力1.6MPa,所有的聚氯乙烯管都要用專用的熱熔設備進行熱熔連接。

Ground buried pipe adopts PE100 type HDPE (SDR11) with a nominal pressure of 1.6MPa and all PVC pipes should be hot-melting connected by specific hot-melting device.

其施工流程:鉆孔→管道連接→水壓試驗→垂直段放管→灌漿。

V. Installation and Demolishing of Tower Crane and Vertical Transportation

 

在本工程能源中心現(xiàn)行施工,由于場地狹小,工期緊湊,因此結構施工期間采用汽車泵解決豎向交通的運輸問題,采用兩臺50t汽車泵,停靠在能源中心施工區(qū)域周邊道路上進行吊裝施工作業(yè)。

The current construction of this project in implemented in the energy centre. Due to the narrow and small site and compact time limit of this project, the automobile pump is applied for solving the vertical transportation problem during the structure construction period. Two automobile pump of 50t is applied close to the road around energy center for hoisting process.

地下車庫施工階段在基礎底板1段、5段安裝塔吊,塔吊型號分別是FO/23B(R=50m)、H3/36B(R=60m),解決地下車庫結構施工階段的垂直運輸。地下車庫封頂后,拆除1號塔吊,2號塔吊待5段的服務中心結構封頂后再拆除。

Install the tower crane in 1 and 5 base plates at the stage of underground garage construction. The type of the tower cranes are FO/23B (R =50m) and H3/36B(R =60m) respectively, which solve the vertical transportation at stage of structure construction of underground garage. After the underground garage is completed, removing tower crane No. 1, tower crane No. 2 shall be removed after 5 sections of structure of service centre are completed.

服務中心結構封頂后,安裝一臺雙籠室外電梯解決裝修、機電安裝過程中的垂直運輸。

After the structure of service centre is completed, install a double cage elevator outdoor to solve the vertical transportation of decoration and electromechanical installation.

 

外用電梯安裝時間:2010年7月25日,拆除時間:2010年9月28日。

The installation date of external elevator: On July 25, 201, demolish date: September 28, 2010.

 

  • 結構工程

VI. Structural Project  

本工程地下工程是整個項目的心臟部分,所有建筑的主要設備,如變電站、制冷機房、柴油發(fā)電機組房、風機房、消防泵房、水泵房等都集中在這里。在地下工程施工中,要特別注意確保結構防水必須完好,這樣在將來建筑設備的運行中不會受到漏水的干擾。這一點可以通過高質(zhì)量的混凝土澆注和防水措施得到保證。

The underground project is the crucial part for the whole project, all major devices such as transformer substation, refrigeration room, diesel generating set room, fan room, fire-fighting pump room and water pump room all centralize here. Waterproof performance of this structure must be good so that the devices may operate without disturbing from water leakage, which can be guaranteed by high-quality concrete grouting and waterproof measure.

地下工程安裝機電設備必須等到質(zhì)檢部門完成結構驗收后才能開工。

Installing electromechanical equipment for underground project must start after structure acceptance performed by quality supervision department.

 

根據(jù)基坑工程土方收土方式,能源中心以后澆帶為界單獨組織施工,地下車庫部分以后澆帶劃分成六個流水段順序施工,墊層、防水、防水保護層、結構底板、墻柱、梁板結構工程施工流水段劃分均相同。

According to connection mode of foundation pit project, the energy center takes post-pouring strip as a boundary to organize construction separately and the underground garage is divided into six sections by post-pouring strip for construction in sequence, i.e. cushion layer, waterproofing, waterproof protection layer, structure base slab, walls and columns, beam and slab structure, the division of each section in project construction is the same.

結構施工基本位于地下施工階段,為常規(guī)的框架-剪力墻結構。結構施工階段采用均衡流水段順序施工方法。

The structure construction usually arranged in the stage of underground construction i.e. routine frame - shear wall structure. The stage of structure construction adopts the balanced flowing water method for construction.

3、4號汽車坡道受到場地的限制,安排在與服務中心地上結構同步施工。

No. 3 and No. 4 automobile is limited by the site of slope, it is required to arrange to implement the construction along with the structure construction of service centre on the ground at the same time.
