1990年畢業(yè)于成都電訊工程學(xué)院電磁場專業(yè)（本科），于當(dāng)年分配進國營重慶微波設(shè)備生產(chǎn)總裝車間從事生產(chǎn)技術(shù)管理工作近10年，期間曾兩次被評為工廠的年度先進生產(chǎn)工作者，且在參加一項引進國外生產(chǎn)線的工作中，因完成工作任務(wù)出色，且得到外藉專家好評，工廠當(dāng)時還破例獎勵分配了一套住房。且在這期間利用業(yè)余時間完成了重慶廣播電視大學(xué)現(xiàn)代會計與管理專業(yè)（大專）的學(xué)習(xí)，于1999年考取了會計師職稱，同年應(yīng)聘到重慶華訊通信技術(shù)有限公司從事財務(wù)會計主管工作近4年，期間主要負(fù)責(zé)公司財務(wù)部門的日常管理工作；登記總賬，編制財務(wù)報表；向稅務(wù)機關(guān)申報納稅等工作。2003年該公司因業(yè)務(wù)萎縮，因此主動辭去所擔(dān)任的職務(wù)，應(yīng)聘到重慶交通監(jiān)理咨詢有限責(zé)任公司第一分公司從事財務(wù)出納及人力資源、行政主管方面的工作近6年，期間主要負(fù)責(zé)分公司的資金管理、設(shè)施購置及分公司員工工資及項目日常使用費在總公司的報賬工作，以及根據(jù)分公司的用人需求負(fù)責(zé)對員工的招聘錄用工作及相關(guān)的勞動合同管理和社會保險的申報繳納工作；負(fù)責(zé)分公司的日常行政事務(wù)工作及協(xié)調(diào)各項目與總公司之間的關(guān)系。這期間三次被評為總公司的年度優(yōu)秀主管。

Graduated from the major of electromagnetic field (undergraduate course) of Chengdu Institute of Radio Engineering in 1987; about ten years experiences of management stuff in assembly shop of microwave device of state-run enterprise in Chongqing Radio Factory; nominated as the annual advanced person twice during this time; and received expert's favorable comment in participating the work of the foreign production line introduction due to outstanding achievement for successful completion of the task; the factory also rewarded and distributed a house exceptionally at that time. And has finished the study of the Chongqing modern accountant of radio and TV university and management major (junior college ) in spare time; admitted to accountant's professional title in 1999; applied for to China news Telecom Technology Co., Ltd. of Chongqing and be engaged in the work of financial account officer for nearly 4 years in the same year; responsible for the daily management of the financial department of the company during this time, including register the journal ledger, work out the financial statements and declare the work of paying taxes to the tax authority, etc.; resign the post held voluntarily due to the business shrink in 2003, and then apply for to the Chongqing Traffic Management and Supervision Co., Ltd. (the first branch company) and engaged for the works of financial cashier, human resources and administrative executive for nearly 6 years; responsible for fund management, facility purchasing and staff's salary of branch company and work of day-to-day income expenditure in the head office of project during this time, including the employment, recruitment, relevant labor contract management and declaration of social insurance work according to the demand of choosing the right person of Branch Company; responsible for the daily administrative affairs for the branch company work and coordinate the relation between every project and head office; nominated as the annual outstanding executive of the head office for three times during this period.
