提升泵系統(tǒng)調(diào)試翻譯-中英對(duì)照
1．設(shè)備調(diào)試前的準(zhǔn)備工作：
A．檢查設(shè)備情況正常。
B．空轉(zhuǎn)各部分電機(jī)及風(fēng)機(jī)是否靈活，電器控制元件是否動(dòng)作可靠。     
C．檢查風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵、減速機(jī)的油滑油加注情況。
D．設(shè)備內(nèi)通入清水，檢查各管道聯(lián)接處是否漏水，并打開(kāi)風(fēng)機(jī)，開(kāi)通氣閥門(mén)檢查風(fēng)管是否漏風(fēng)及電器控制等設(shè)施部件是否運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常，動(dòng)作可靠，有無(wú)異常噪聲。
2．調(diào)試工作：由于污水處理是利用微生物的合成、分解、反應(yīng)作用，因此微生物培養(yǎng)直接影響整個(gè)處理系統(tǒng)的效果，生活污水的可生化性好，培養(yǎng)就相對(duì)比較容易。
A．打開(kāi)污水泵進(jìn)水，注滿(mǎn)各反應(yīng)池直至清水池有水流出。
B．啟動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī)，對(duì)池內(nèi)污水進(jìn)行曝氣充氧，連續(xù)運(yùn)行6—8小時(shí)、停止3—5小時(shí)，排掉1/3上清夜。
C．重新啟動(dòng)污水泵進(jìn)水，繼續(xù)曝氣6—8小時(shí)、停止3—5小時(shí)。
D．如此往復(fù)運(yùn)行，每天進(jìn)水時(shí)間相對(duì)延長(zhǎng)，經(jīng)過(guò)7—15天后，池內(nèi)出現(xiàn)明顯絮狀體或上清夜透明時(shí)，表明生物細(xì)菌基本陪養(yǎng)成功。
      E．微生物的馴化需較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間，如有現(xiàn)成的活性污泥，則盡量用現(xiàn)成的活性污泥，這樣可加快活性污泥的形成。
      3．系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行：
      A．啟動(dòng)污水泵，讓污水逐一注滿(mǎn)各反應(yīng)池，直至清水池出水。
 B．啟動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī)，打開(kāi)預(yù)曝調(diào)節(jié)池、一、二級(jí)接觸氧化池進(jìn)氣閥門(mén)進(jìn)行曝氣并調(diào)節(jié)好氣量（其氣水比12—15∶1），一經(jīng)調(diào)好，一般情況下不變動(dòng)。
C．打開(kāi)初沉池、二沉池氣提裝置進(jìn)氣管，進(jìn)行污泥提升排除。
D．調(diào)節(jié)池曝氣裝置定時(shí)開(kāi)啟進(jìn)氣閥進(jìn)行，一般情況下每8小時(shí)，曝氣半小時(shí)。
E．當(dāng)過(guò)濾池需要進(jìn)行反沖洗時(shí)，進(jìn)行下列操作：開(kāi)啟反沖出水閥，關(guān)閉出水閥，打開(kāi)反沖泵，進(jìn)行反沖，待沖洗完成，關(guān)閉反沖泵，打開(kāi)出水閥，關(guān)閉反沖出水閥，進(jìn)行正常過(guò)濾。
F．自動(dòng)清污機(jī)定時(shí)運(yùn)行，前道粗格柵片，定時(shí)人工清渣。
第五節(jié)　含油污水處理系統(tǒng)概況
一．系統(tǒng)的組成：
含油廢水處理設(shè)備主要包括1套處理能力為5t/h的移動(dòng)式油水分離器、1套浮油收集器、1套移動(dòng)式回收油箱單元包括1臺(tái)0.5m3的回收油箱和1臺(tái)齒輪泵及控制柜、1臺(tái)移動(dòng)式潛水泵(帶入口濾網(wǎng)、必要的閥門(mén)等)。所有含油污水處理設(shè)備均應(yīng)配帶快速連接接口及快速活接頭等連接件。
二．系統(tǒng)的工藝流程：

隔油池      油水分離器       回收油箱        齒輪油泵

    浮油收集器
三．系統(tǒng)的出力和出水品質(zhì)：
1．系統(tǒng)出力：含油廢水處理裝置出力為1×5t/h。
2．出水品質(zhì)：油：≤5mg/l；   SS：≤10mg/l。
四．系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行及控制：
含油污水處理系統(tǒng)配就地電控柜，系統(tǒng)為間斷運(yùn)行，當(dāng)系統(tǒng)需要投運(yùn)時(shí)，通過(guò)就地控制柜手動(dòng)啟停。
第六節(jié)  主要設(shè)備的技術(shù)要求和規(guī)范
一．浮油收集器：
1．用于收集隔油池粗分離出的浮油。
2．容積：0.1m3。
二．組合式油水分離器（可移動(dòng)）：
1．可移動(dòng)式油水分離器用來(lái)處理燃油泵房來(lái)的含油污水。
2．油水分離器單元主要包括容積泵、前級(jí)過(guò)濾器、油水分離器、貯油器、電控柜及配套閥門(mén)、管道、儀表等附件。
3．型號(hào)：YSF-5（組合式）；出力：5m3/h。
●  容積泵：流量：5m3/h；壓力：0.6MPa；吸上高度： 5mH2O；電機(jī)功率：2.2KW。
●  前級(jí)過(guò)濾器：型號(hào)：YG-5；型式：壓力過(guò)濾；出力：5m3/h；設(shè)計(jì)壓力：0.5MPa；
運(yùn)行壓力：0.5MPa
●  油水分離器：型號(hào)：YSF-5；型式：過(guò)濾吸附式 ；出力：5m3/h。
●  貯油器：容積：0.5m3。
三．回收油箱：容積：0.5m3。
四．回收油泵：型號(hào)：KCB-18.3；流量：1m3/h；壓力：0.33MPa；電機(jī)功率：1.5KW。
五．清水池提升泵：型式：移動(dòng)式潛水泵；型號(hào)：50WQ/C243-2.2；流量：5m3/h；壓力：0.21MPa；電機(jī)功率：2.2KW。

Section three  Technical process and daily surveillance of system
I. Technical process of system operation:

II. Operation mode of system:
1. Precision processing system of condensation water is arranged with two automatic open and close bypass systems (regeneration bypass and over temperature

and overpressure bypass); the capacity of regeneration bypass shall be50% of condensation water; the capacity of over temperature and overpressure bypass

shall be 100% of condensation water.

2. The outlet electrical conductivity of precision processing of mixing bed of condensation water or the silicon dioxide exceed the specified value, the

equipment shut down and the regeneration bypass operates.

3. When the inlet water temperature of precision processing of mixing bed of condensation water exceeds 55℃or the differential pressure of inlet and outlet

collecting pipe of mixing bed exceeds 0.35MPa, the entire mixing bed shut down and over temperature and overpressure bypass operate.

4. The failing resin of downtime mixing bed shall be transferred to the regeneration system for air flushing, separating and regeneration, at the same time,

send the generated backup resin inside the resin storing tank to the high speed mixing bed.

5. The operation, shut down, resin transportation, regeneration of precision processing of condensation water can carry on automatically through the

procedure control.

4. Daily surveillance:
1. Frequently check whether there is resin inside the resin catcher. If resin is found inside the resin catcher, it is required to check out the reason and

carries on the relevant measure for the catcher properly.

3. When mixing bed is near the failing, it is required to strengthen the surveillance, reduce the analysis time, increase chemical examination time and take strict precautions against to produce the unqualified water.
