余氯比色溶液的配制翻譯-中英
（1）磷酸鹽緩沖貯備溶液：將無水磷酸氫二鈉（Na2HPO4）和無水磷酸二氫鉀（KH2PO4）置于105℃烘箱內(nèi)2小時，冷卻后，分別稱取22.86克和46.14克。將此兩種試劑共溶于蒸餾
水中，并稀釋至1000mL，至少靜置4天，使其中膠狀條質(zhì)凝聚沉淀，過濾。
（2）磷酸鹽緩沖溶液：吸取200ml磷酸鹽緩沖貯備溶液，加入蒸餾水稀釋至1000mL，此溶液的PH值為6.45。
（3）重鉻酸鉀—鉻酸鉀溶液：稱取干燥的0.1550克重鉻酸鉀及0.4650克鉻酸鉀，溶于磷酸鹽緩沖使用溶液中，并稀釋至1000mL。此溶液所產(chǎn)生的顏色相當(dāng)于1mg/L余氯與鄰聯(lián)甲苯
胺所產(chǎn)生的顏色。
（4）0.01—1.0ml/L永久性余氯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比色管的配制方法：按表所列數(shù)量，吸取重鉀—鉻酸鉀溶液，分別注入50ml具塞比色管中，用磷酸鹽緩沖溶液稀釋至50ml刻度，避免日光照射
，可保存6個月。

注釋：若水樣余氯大于1mg/L，則需另行配制較濃的余氯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色。即按照上述永久性余氯比色標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液的相當(dāng)步驟，但將重鉻酸鉀和鉻酸鉀的量增加10倍，配制成相當(dāng)于10mg/L余
氯的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色，再適當(dāng)稀釋，即為所需的較濃余氯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)色列。
試劑：鄰聯(lián)甲苯胺溶液：稱取1.35克二鹽酸鄰聯(lián)甲苯胺[（C6H3CH3NH2）2•HCL]，溶于500mL蒸餾水的混合液中，盛于棕色瓶內(nèi)，在室溫內(nèi)保存，可使用6個月。當(dāng)溫度低于0℃時，
鄰聯(lián)甲苯胺將析出，不易再溶解。
步驟：
1、取配制永久性余氯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比色管用的同樣50ml比色管，先放入2.5ml鄰聯(lián)甲苯胺溶液，再加入澄清水樣50ml，混合均勻。水樣的溫度最好為15—20℃，如低于此溫度，應(yīng)先將水樣
在溫水浴中使溫度升高到15—20℃。
2、水樣與鄰聯(lián)甲苯胺溶液接觸后，如立即進(jìn)行比色，所得結(jié)果為游離性余氯，如放置10分鐘使產(chǎn)生最高色度，再進(jìn)行比色，則結(jié)果為水樣的總余氯。
3、如余氯濃度很高，會產(chǎn)生橘黃色。若水樣堿度過高而余氯濃度較低時，將產(chǎn)生淡綠色或淡藍(lán)色。此時可多加1ml鄰聯(lián)甲苯胺溶液，即產(chǎn)生正常的淡黃色。
4、如水樣渾濁或色度較高，比色時減除水樣所造成的空白。
十． 聯(lián)胺的測定（比色法）
一、概要
1、本法是基于對二甲基胺苯甲聯(lián)胺反應(yīng)，在酸性介質(zhì)中生成檬黃色的化合物， 顏色的強(qiáng)度與水中聯(lián)胺的含量有關(guān)。
2、本方法適用于聯(lián)胺含量為2~200微克/升的水樣。
二、儀器
具有磨口塞的50毫升比色管。
三、試劑
1、對二甲基胺苯甲醛溶液：稱取一克對二甲基胺苯甲醛，溶于50
毫升無水乙醇（或異戊醇）中，加入10毫升濃鹽酸，混勻。
2、聯(lián)胺標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液：
（1）貯備溶液（1毫升≈100微克N2H4）：
準(zhǔn)確稱取0.4063克硫酸聯(lián)胺(NH2) 2•H2SO4溶于已置有74毫升濃鹽酸（比重1.19）的1000毫升容量瓶中，用蒸餾水稀釋到刻度，混勻。
取50毫升溶液，用蒸餾水稀釋到100毫升，用2N氫氧化鈉溶液中和后，按（S－19－1）碘滴定法標(biāo)定其濃度。
（2）工作溶液
工作溶液（1毫升≈2微克N2H4）；按標(biāo)定結(jié)果取2/K毫升貯備溶液，注于100毫升容量瓶中，用蒸餾水稀釋至刻度，混勻，此工作溶液應(yīng)在使用時配制（K為貯備溶液的濃度系數(shù)）
。
四、測定手續(xù)
1、取水樣50毫升，注于比色管中。
2、另取數(shù)支比色管按下表加入聯(lián)胺工作溶液，并用蒸餾水稀釋至50毫升。

2、往上述比色管中各加入3毫升對二甲基胺基苯甲醛溶液（用滴定管操作），混勻，放置30分鐘，進(jìn)行比色，記錄結(jié)果。

designed to discharge hydrogen gas and precipitates safely. The tank is fixed with a level gauge with functions of in-situ indication and signal distant
transmission. The storage tank shall hold a volume for 4 hours that is 1.15 times of once impact chemical adding quantity by one single unit and buffer
capacity of continuous chemical adding quantity by two units for 10min.
2) The outdoor layout for the storage tank of sodium hypochlorite solution, which shall be made of opaque materials with good performance of corrosion
resistance to the sodium hypochlorite solution, the outer wall shall be anti-aging and salt spray proofing.
3) Besides interfaces for regular operation, the sodium hypochlorite storage tank shall be equipped with liquid-level measuring and controlling
interfaces, the blowdown interface, the dehydrogenation interface, the overflow interface and the manhole, etc.
2．Functions and Effects:
The three functions of the storage tank for sodium hypochlorite solution are as follows:
A．Dilute hydrogen air below 1% and discharge it into the atmosphere.
B．Store the sodium hypochlorous solution, when unbalanced flow occurs to electrolytic unit and chemical adding unit, it is necessary to ensure that the
chemical adding unit operates continuously, normally and steadily.
C．Discharge precipitates generated during electrolytic process periodically.
