1.總則
電話安裝的分線網(wǎng)必須完全與其它系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)線分開。
2.電話導(dǎo)線
室內(nèi)安裝的多股電線應(yīng)該由雙對導(dǎo)線纏繞而成,并有絕緣襯層,鋁箔和P.V.C. 護套包裹。導(dǎo)線的直徑為0.6毫米。
單導(dǎo)線分線口的單股電纜必須采用P.V.C.隔離材料和P.V.C.護套。
室外安裝的多股電話電纜必須采用帶導(dǎo)體鋼絲的聚乙烯護套和全聚乙烯護套。
地下電纜必須填充有礦脂防止水分進入。
1-10對的多股電話電纜應(yīng)該包括一根0.4米長的地接線,超過10對的多股電纜應(yīng)該包括一根0.6米長的地接線。
3.主接線板(MDF)
尺寸如圖紙所示:
對所有干線電路進行過壓保護,是為了安裝圖紙要求提供氣體放電管保護裝置。

4.電話終端柜

5.電話接線口
電話接線口應(yīng)該是RJ45埋入式,由一個黑色硬質(zhì)P.V.C 插接器組塊并帶有4個終端接頭。
正面的接線口必須為其它是電氣裝置的相同的材料,在電話接線口電弧處的電源插座。
7.設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)

接地

A 總則

B.說明

2.火災(zāi)警報系統(tǒng)符合NFPA 標準第72條房屋保護信號系統(tǒng)的要求,說明修改和補充部分除外,這部分 實行更嚴格的要求。系統(tǒng)使用電力監(jiān)督并監(jiān)控全部導(dǎo)體的集成度。
3. 火災(zāi)警報系統(tǒng)制造商必須采用最新技術(shù)并保證高品質(zhì)。
4.FACP 和外部設(shè)備必須由單個制造商(或者分區(qū)) 100%生產(chǎn)。
C. 范圍
1.一份新的智能化的報告和微處理器火災(zāi)控制探測系統(tǒng)必須按照NFPA 規(guī)格7(等級A)中的信號線路電路的要求進行編碼。
2.基本性能:
a. 警報、故障和監(jiān)視信號形成全部智能化的報告設(shè)備采用NFPA 規(guī)格7(等級A)中的信號線路電路的要求進行編碼。
b. 啟動裝置電路(IDC)的組線等級為B(NFPA規(guī)格B)。
c. 通知設(shè)備電路(NAC) 的組線等級為B (NFPA規(guī)格Y)。
d. 數(shù)字化的電子信號 采用校驗數(shù)位或者多次查詢方式。
e.單接地或者系統(tǒng)信號線路電路的開出不得造成系統(tǒng)故障,無法操作或者喪失警報能力。
f.到達主要FACP的報警信號不得隨即發(fā)生停電(或者停機),直到報警信號已經(jīng)處理并且記錄。
SECTION-24 TELEPHONE SYSTKM
The Contractor shall supply, install, test and commission a telephone system, including but not limited to telephone cabinets, telephone distribution frame, conduits and wiring, all as shown on the Drawings in strict compliance with requirements and specifications of local authority , and as herein specified.
Only a telephone terminal cabinet (TTC) will be provided for the each retail area where the distribution in these areas will be according to the tenant requirements.
Hypermarket mall should have separate telephone system with ils own PABX.

Two-pair and multi-pair cables for indoor cabling are fo be polyethylene insulated, tinned solid copper conductors, twisted into pairs, color coded, with wrapping of aluminum polyester tape and grey PVC sheath. Minimum diameter of conductor is to be 0.6mm. Drain wire is to be provided in each cable, 0.4mm diameter for I to 10-pair cables and 0.6mm diameter for cables with more than 10-pairs.
Multipair cables for installation in conduits within technical services arc to be n on-hygroscopic, waterproof, polyethylene insulated, tinned solid copper conductors, minimum 0,6mm diameter,

B. Telephone extensions should be grouped in three categories regarding their
accessibility to trunk lines.
i. Non-restricted (normal), i.e. internal calls
ii. Semi-restricted (through user) i.e. external calls
ii. Restricted, {through operator) i.e. Data calls
C. The capacity should be provided for station numbers to be assigned to lines at the
time of installation in accordance with a customer desired numbering plan and to
permit reassignment while in service to permit personnel moves without requiring
number changes. The numbering system should utilize a numbering plan which
should be changeable without hardware or wiring alterations.
Operator's Console Features
The operator's console should have at least the following features:
1. Facility lo check status of any individual trunk or extension line.
2. Ring-when-free facility for external calls transferred to a given busy extension.
3. Automatic return to operator if an extension docs not answer on outside call within 30
seconds.
4. Call number display.
6. Priority and access into an established communication call via a special tone to both
conversing parties.
7. Splitting.
8. Call hold.
9. Abbreviated dialing.
10. Automatic call supervision.

12. Automatic and manual switch-over to night service.
Power Supply
Power supply consists a regulated 48 V direct feeding unit, with a charging attachment for trickle charging with uninterrupted change over to battery operation, and automatic return upon restoration of the AC power supply.
Batteries should be scaled lead acid type deep cycle with sufficient capacity for the 3 hours emergency operation during periods of peak traffic.
