漏水測試
完工的屋面和壁板安裝應絕對沒有水泄漏的現(xiàn)象。 雇主保留在安裝過程中隨時對屋面和壁板進行漏水測試的權利。
在這種水泄露測試中,應發(fā)現(xiàn)任何可能存在的水泄露。 屋面和/或壁板應根據雇主的指示拆開,接頭應用指定的密封膠或膠帶重新密封,重新安裝屋面和/或壁板。 接頭應安裝雇主的指示對所有隨后的面板進行密封。
保修
安裝驗收后,投標人應提供一份書面保修給業(yè)主,保證氟碳涂層依照持牌制造商過程指示并符合下列標準,在正常條件使用最低10年。(投標人應說明保修年數和免費更換有缺陷
面板的次數):
粉化不會超過ASTM D659 No. 8級。 粉化級別應取決于ASTM D659概述的程序。

4.4.3.24.3門
概述
投標者設計和提供的所有門應滿足以下最低要求:
設計荷載
風荷載
外部門的設計應能承受150 kg/m2最低風壓,室內門應能承受100 kg/ m2最低風壓;該標準一律適用于大門的整個區(qū)域。
受到風力的大門最大撓度應達到寬度跨度的1/120。
操作負荷
所有外部門的設計應能在50 kg/m2的最低載荷下正常使用,一律適用于大門的整個區(qū)域。
推拉中空金屬門
中空金屬門的使用
I類門
無縫空心鋼結構建筑,與1.5875毫米面板和額外的管型加固、鉸式門窗邊框和鎖具或推拉配件,并準備表面鉸鏈,除非另有說明。
I類門應適用于所有外部門的位置。I類門也可用于暴露在交通繁忙地區(qū)的室內門、濫用的大門和具有極端室內外溫差的大門。
II類門
無縫空心鋼結構建筑,與1.27毫米面板和額外的管型加固,準備開榫鉸接,除非另有說明。II類門是在門關閉位置。
中空金屬門
該類型的門應采用嵌入式。 為了安全或順利操作應使用觀察窗,即:在大門處于關閉狀態(tài)時通過觀察窗查看門的另一邊發(fā)生了什么。
材料
面板應碾壓平整,采用優(yōu)質冷軋?zhí)间摗?br />
加勁肋、加固件和其他配件,應采用優(yōu)質碳素鋼。
玻璃
a. 玻璃裝配應符合ANSI Z97.1的要求。
b. 普通的大門玻璃應包括至少為6毫米厚的拋光線鋼筋玻璃。
c. 鑲玻璃材料應依照制造商的建議。
d. 調整塊和調整墊片應采用氯丁橡膠制造,并應根據玻璃制造商的建議提供。
門框
中空金屬門門框應采用槽鋼門框(ASTM A36)或壓型金屬門框(優(yōu)質冷軋?zhí)间?。 凡是要求具有防火門時,應使用門框結構。
硬件
大門的硬件應包括鎖、拉手、閉合器、門吸、逃生門推桿鎖等。該緊固件應采用304型不銹鋼用于外部門,黃銅用于室內門。所有的硬件應符合業(yè)主的事先批準。
大門施工細節(jié)
總則
a. 所有的大門應遵照ANSI A123.1采用無縫空心鋼結構,每個大門采用兩塊面鋼構成。 大門表面或側面部應出現(xiàn)裂縫。 大門的頂部和底部應封閉,內部結構應采用鋼加勁肋
組成。
b. 所有為空調房間提供的大門每立方米密度應采用48.00 kg的纖維玻璃或礦棉,并且保險商實驗室協(xié)會認證該服務。
大門細節(jié)
a. 底部凈距 :大門底部和地面之間應最高3毫米。
b. 對于具有榫眼的大門 :大門和門框應開榫眼。
c. 底部滴水 :所有大門應提供。
d. 裝飾鑲條 :所有大門的活動葉片應提供。
e. 門窗密封條 :所有大門應提供。
f. 玻璃細節(jié) :外部門應提供固定玻璃,大門的內側應提供可移動的鑲玻璃條。
WATER TESTING
The completed roofing and siding installation shall be such that absolutely no water shall leak through. The Employer reserves the right to conduct water leakage tests on installed roofing and siding at any time during the installation.
Should any leakage be discovered during such leakage test. The roofing and/or siding shall disassemble to the extent directed by the Employer and joints shall be resealed with specified sealant or tape, and the roofing, and/or siding reinstalled. Joints shall be sealed as directed by the Employer on all subsequent panels.
Warranty
The Bidder shall furnish the Owner, upon acceptance installation, a written warranty that fluorocarbon organic coating has been applied in accordance with licensee manufacturers process instructions and under normal conditions; and it shall meet the following standards for a minimum period of 10 years (the Bidder shall state the number of years warranty and also the number of times he will replace any defective panels without charges of any kind):
Will not chalk in excess of ASTM D659 No. 8 rating. Chalk rating shall be determined by the procedure outlined in ASTM D659.
Will not change colour more than 5 NBS units as determined in accordance with procedures set forth in ASTM D 2244, after removal of external deposits and chalk.
Will not crack, check or peel (lose adhesion).

All doors shall be designed and provided by Bidder and meet the following minimum requirements:

area of the door. The maximum deflection of the door under wind pressure loading shall be 1/120 of the width span.
Operating Load
All exterior doors shall be designed to operate under a minimum of 50-kg/m2 load uniformly applied over the entire area of the door.
SWING HOLLOW METAL DOORS HOLLOW METAL DOOR USAGE Class I Doors
Seamless hollow steel construction, with 1.5875 mm face sheets and additional tubular reinforcement at head, hinged jamb and locksets or push-pulls and prepared for surface hinges and through belted to door, unless otherwise indicated.
Class I doors shall be used for all exterior door locations. Class I doors shall also be used for interior doors that are exposed to heavy traffic areas, doors that are exposed to abusive usage or doors that are exposed to extreme difference in room pressure.
Class II Doors
Seamless hollow steel construction, with 1.27 mm face sheets and additional channel reinforcement at head and prepared for mortise hinges, unless otherwise indicated. Class II doors shall be used for all interior door locations.
HOLLOW METAL DOOR TYPE
The doors shall be flush type. Vision light shall be used when desired for a safety reason or required for a plant operating reason i.e. to view what is on the opposite side of the door when the door is in the closed position.
MATERIALS
Face sheets shall be roller-leveled or stretcher-leveled prime quality cold-rolled carbon steel.
Stiffeners, reinforcing and other accessories shall be prime quality carbon steel.
Glazing
a. Glazing shall conform to the applicable requirements of ANSI Z97.1.
b. Normal door glass shall consist of minimum 6 mm thick clear
polished wire reinforced glass.
