2) On-the-spot Preparation for Ice Storage Devices Debugging
①. 檢查調(diào)試檢測所用儀器及工機具是否齊全,良好。
②. 檢查并確定設備和系統(tǒng)是否已按設計要求和生產(chǎn)廠家的書面安裝規(guī)范進行正確安裝。
③. 檢查管道系統(tǒng)是否已進行正確清洗,預處理和充注。
④. 現(xiàn)場照明條件應完善,各燈應能正常開關。
⑤. 檢查各系統(tǒng)閥門及控制點安裝位置是否正確合理,開關是否靈活。
⑥. 機房場地應清掃干凈,無其它雜物堆放,排水溝應暢通?刂七M入現(xiàn)場人數(shù),非工作人員不得入內(nèi),并設告示牌。調(diào)試期間各設備掛牌警示。
⑦. 安全防范措施要具體,消防用品備齊。
1) Check and make sure that devices, machines and tools are all ready and in good condition.
2) Check and make sure that devices and systems are installed according to the design requirements and manufacturers’ written installation specification.
3) Check if the ductwork has been cleaned, pretreated and filled properly
4) The lighting condition on-the-spot should be perfect and all lights can be turned on and off normally.
5) Check if valves and reference points of every system have been installed properly and if the switches respond well to the controls.
6) Equipment room should be cleaned without any sundries and the barrel-drains should be expedited. Control the number of people on the spot, make sure only staff can get in there and set up notice boards. All devices should be attached with alarming boards during the debugging period.
7) Safety and protection measures should be detailed and fire control store should be complete.

①. 蓄冰設備調(diào)試應按先手動后自動;先分部后系統(tǒng)的原則展開:
②. 調(diào)試前檢查→設備單項手動調(diào)試→工況分部手動調(diào)試→系統(tǒng)聯(lián)合手動調(diào)試→設備單項自控調(diào)試→自控點單項聯(lián)動調(diào)試→聯(lián)合自控調(diào)試。
1) Ice storage devices should be debugged manually and then automatically, partially and then generally.
2) Check before debugging → device debugging singly and manually → operating mode debugging partially and manually → system debugging generally and manually → device debugging singly and automatically → automatic reference points debugging singly and generally → debugging generally and automatically.
5、 蓄冰系統(tǒng)試運行
5. Ice Storage System Trial Operations
1) 蓄冰工況試運行
1)Ice Storage Operating Mode Trial Operations
①. 依工況設置打開電動閥,啟動冷卻水循環(huán)泵,再啟動冷凍水循環(huán)泵,乙二醇循環(huán)泵,同時開啟與上述閥門相連的手動蝶閥。待所有的泵正常工作三分鐘后,再開啟雙工況冷水機,使其置于制冰工況運行。
②. 觀察蓄冰盤管的結冰情況。在冷機工作正常的情況下,從蓄冰槽頂?shù)娜丝卓,冰盤管上的結冰量應是逐漸增厚的。
③. 觀察冰厚度控制器所顯示冰量情況。
④. 觀察蓄冰系統(tǒng)在低溫工況下保溫材料表面是否有結露現(xiàn)象。
⑤. 停機,停機后15分鐘停泵。
1) Set opening the electronic calve according to the setting of operating modes, start up the cooling water circulation pump, the freezing water circulation pump, and the glycol circulation pump and turn on the manual butterfly valve which is attached to the electronic calve. After three minutes of normal operation of all the pumps, start up the double modes water chilling machine by setting up the ice generating mode.
2) Observe the icing conditions of the ice storage plate. In the condition that the refrigerating machine runs well, watch from the manhole on the top of the ice bunker to make sure that the ice in the ice storage plate should be thickened gradually.
3) Observe the ice volume showed in the ice thickness controller.
4) See if there is dew in the face of the heat insulator when the ice storage system is working with low temperature.
5) Turn off the machine and 15 minutes later turn off the pumps.
2) 制冷機與蓄冰槽同時供冷
2)Refrigerating Machine and Ice Storage Bunkers Supply Cold Simultaneously
①. 依工況開啟調(diào)節(jié)相應的電動閥,并同時開閉有關的手動閥門,先啟動冷凍水循環(huán)泵,然后啟動乙二醇循環(huán)泵,冷卻水循環(huán)泵,待所有的泵和閥工作正常后三分鐘,啟動冷水機組。
②. 停機后15分鐘停泵。
1) Adjust relevant automatic valves according to the operating mode and meanwhile turn off relevant manual valves. Start up the freezing water circulation pump, and then the glycol circulation pump and the cooling water circulation pump. After three minutes of normal operation of all the valves and pumps, start up the water chilling unit.
2) After the unit has been turned off for 15 minutes, turn off the pumps

3. Cold Supply of Ice Storage Bunkers
①. 依工況開啟和關閉相應閥門。
②. 啟動冷水循環(huán)泵,再啟動冷凍水循環(huán)泵。
③. 觀察供冷板換進出口的溫度是否為設計溫度,否則,調(diào)節(jié)閥門,使其合乎要求。
1) Turn on or off relevant valves according to the operating modes.
2) Start up the cooling water circulation pump and then the freezing water circulation pump
3) See if the temperature of scavenge port of the cold supply board is as it was planned. If not, adjust the valve to set the temperature according to what it is required.
6、 配合蓄冰自動控制系統(tǒng)調(diào)試
6. Debugging to Support the Automatic Ice Storage Control System
配合有關單位查看現(xiàn)場控制機及各冷水機組受控蓄冰設備投入樓宇自控運行狀態(tài),結合上位機操作進行系統(tǒng)聯(lián)機試運行,記錄蓄冰設備運行工況,其間主要測試項包括:
Support relevant parties to check the on-the-spot conditions of controllers and all the controlled ice storage devices of water chilling units used in building automatic operation. Implement system online trial operation by combining computer operation. Write down operating modes of ice storage devices. Relevant testing items include:

7、 調(diào)試結果
7. Debugging Results
蓄冰設備調(diào)試試運行正常后做出書面報告,由參與人員簽字確認,填寫調(diào)試報告送呈建設方和監(jiān)理方確認存檔。
Work out written report after the proper trial operation of debugging ice storage devices and the report should be signed by participators. Fill in the debugging report and deliver it to the constructors and supervisors to be affirmed and filed.
