13.1.5.6 拉線與拉桿的拆除（如有必要）
拉線的恢復(fù)工作僅能在地面上進(jìn)行，屆時(shí)配電網(wǎng)的拆除工作已經(jīng)結(jié)束。拉線的拆除應(yīng)通過(guò)松開(kāi)兩邊平行槽的緊固螺絲完成，從而恢復(fù)鋼纜的使用。
13.1.5.7 極的挖掘
務(wù)必圍繞極的底部進(jìn)行挖掘直至其基礎(chǔ)部分可以自由活動(dòng)，然后小心吊起該極。不得在尚未松開(kāi)極的基礎(chǔ)部分的情況下將極拔出。如果在拆除后，極仍可以恢復(fù)并可繼續(xù)使用，則必須注意拆除工作以防對(duì)極產(chǎn)生任何其他的損傷。
13.1.5.8 服務(wù)連接的拆除（如有必要）
在將現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)連接至新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)之前應(yīng)及時(shí)通知這些客戶(hù)。先將當(dāng)前所有的電氣連接都斷開(kāi)，然后把地下或高空電纜移開(kāi)，接下來(lái)再進(jìn)行新的高架服務(wù)連接。在對(duì)現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)服務(wù)連接的地方，無(wú)須將接地桿移開(kāi)。
13.1.5.9 工作順序
一般的工作順序應(yīng)是從MV電壓線開(kāi)始，然后是配電變壓器，最后才是二次網(wǎng)絡(luò)。承包商應(yīng)注意所有客戶(hù)的服務(wù)連接。基本上，桑尼亞國(guó)家電力公司（TANESCO）- 與承包商互相配合-將能夠處理好客戶(hù)連接的工作。
遵守區(qū)劃原則，即：先將拆除工作集中在某一各變電站及其相關(guān)電路上，然后再開(kāi)展下一個(gè)電站工作。
承包商將每日?qǐng)?bào)告（以及兩天的預(yù)期內(nèi)容）遞交給雇主以及項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，指出其即將開(kāi)展的活動(dòng)以及開(kāi)始和完成時(shí)間。
13.2 與地下電纜安裝相關(guān)的工作
13.2.1 總則
預(yù)期在達(dá)累斯薩拉姆（Dar es Salaam）安裝一根長(zhǎng)13.2km的單核XLPE 33 kV電纜。電纜系統(tǒng)應(yīng)連接至變電站。

在合同簽訂前，提供MV地下網(wǎng)絡(luò)的試驗(yàn)性電纜路線�？墒�，承包商應(yīng)考慮最短的LV地下電纜路徑。

13.1,4.5 Pins
Pins shall be checked for all accessories such as washers, nuts. When pins are removed, each pin shall be checked for stratghtness and galvanizing condition, with no deep corrosion zones.
Pins shall be classified according to:
a) Dimensions and material,
b) Condition. • .
All pins in bad condition shall be discarded with prior inspection and authorization from Project Man¬ager or his Supervision staff, to whom shall be submitted a list of discarded pins.
Pins shall be packed in numbered wooden cases in order to be transported. A list case numbers, number of pins of each type, pin condition and the case weights shall be prepared. Copies of this list shall be submitted as indicated.
13.1.4.6 Cut-Outs
MV disconnection and protection devices shall be dismantled, cleaned and classified. All units which are seriously damaged shall be discarded with prior inspection and authorization from Project Man¬ager or his supervision staff, to whom shall be submitted a detailed list of discarded units.
Elements in good condition shall be marked and packed. Each element shall have all its accessories such as fixing bracket, crossarm, bolts, nuts, washers, grounding terminals. The Contractor shall de¬termine the fuse size of ail cut-outs. A list of key numbers, brand names, types, accessories and fuse characteristics shall be prepared. Copies of this list shall be submitted as indicated.
13.1.4.7 Distribution Transformers
Distribution transformers shall be removed from poles or platforms and shall be subject of an inspec¬tion for oil leakages, damaged insulators or any other defect which requires attention before re-use and new commissioning in next construction phase.
For each transformer a report shall be prepared describing:
a) Brand name,
b) Voltages,
c) Number of phases,
d) Rating,
e) Connection group,
f) Condition (describing defects),
g) Serial number and Employer registration number.
Each transformer shall be prepared for transportation, securing all valves and protecting bushings and breathing tank.
For all transformers which have oil leakages, the oil shall be removed, while marking the points where leakage occurs. A sign indicating that transfqrmer does not contain oif shall be placed on each empty transformer. Oil shall be securely stored in drums and delivered to the Employer with a detailed list. Copies of this list shall be submitted as indicated.
