1. 施工組織設(shè)計(jì)
“武漢市圖使館綜合節(jié)能改造工程”施工組織設(shè)計(jì)是按貴方提供的節(jié)能改造技術(shù)方案及初步設(shè)計(jì)圖紙,按現(xiàn)行的國(guó)家施工驗(yàn)收規(guī)程規(guī)范、工程質(zhì)量評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、施工操作規(guī)程、成都市政府的有關(guān)規(guī)定,再結(jié)合我公司的施工能力、技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備力量及多年智能建筑節(jié)能系統(tǒng)工程的設(shè)計(jì)施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)和本工程的具體情況進(jìn)行編制的。
施工組織設(shè)計(jì)作為直接指導(dǎo)施工的依據(jù),在保證工程質(zhì)量、工期、安全生產(chǎn)、成本的前提下,對(duì)加強(qiáng)施工管理、有效的調(diào)配勞動(dòng)力、提高施工效率、節(jié)約工程成本、保證施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全文明有積極作用。
施工組織設(shè)計(jì)一旦經(jīng)甲方和建設(shè)監(jiān)理公司審核認(rèn)可后,在施工過程中,我公司一定嚴(yán)格按照本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)執(zhí)行。

1.2 編制范圍及內(nèi)容
1、本工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì)是嚴(yán)格按照本節(jié)能改造工程的要求進(jìn)行質(zhì)量策劃后編制的,在人員、機(jī)械、材料供應(yīng)、平衡調(diào)配、施工方案、質(zhì)量要求、進(jìn)度安排等方面統(tǒng)一進(jìn)行部署下完成。
2、我公司高度重視本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的編制工作,召集曾從事過類似工程工作的技術(shù)專家、有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人攻克本工程的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)及特殊部位的施工技術(shù),力求本方案重點(diǎn)突出,具有呼應(yīng)性、針對(duì)性和可操作性。
3、本著對(duì)建設(shè)單位負(fù)責(zé)和資金的合理使用、對(duì)工程質(zhì)量的高度責(zé)任感,針對(duì)本工程設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)和使用功能要求,我們編制的原則是:“確保工程質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)、速度快、造價(jià)低、操作性強(qiáng)”。同時(shí)保證周邊和施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有良好環(huán)境。
1.3 工程概況
1.3.1 工程內(nèi)容
法國(guó)開發(fā)署貸款的武漢圖書館節(jié)能改造項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)施工總承包項(xiàng)目,位于:武漢市漢口建設(shè)大道861號(hào),該圖書館大樓地下一層,地上13層,局部14層。建筑總高51.6m,總建筑面積為32975m2,空調(diào)面積27580m2。
根據(jù)甲方要求,本次節(jié)能改造項(xiàng)目工程包括以下幾個(gè)項(xiàng)目:
① 暖通空調(diào)節(jié)能改造;
本建筑冷源由4 臺(tái)麥克維爾螺桿式風(fēng)冷熱泵機(jī)組提供,安裝于屋頂,單臺(tái)機(jī)組的制冷量為1000kW,制熱量1050kW,額定功率313 kW。空調(diào)循環(huán)水泵共6 臺(tái),四用兩備,單臺(tái)功率37 kW,安裝于十四層設(shè)備機(jī)房,空調(diào)主機(jī)與循環(huán)水泵安裝于統(tǒng)一標(biāo)高層面上。改造方案為,將空調(diào)循環(huán)水泵更換為5 臺(tái)臥式端吸泵,四用一備,更換后的單臺(tái)水泵流量為190m3/h,揚(yáng)程為34mH2O,電機(jī)功率為30kW。
現(xiàn)有全空氣空調(diào)系統(tǒng)42 個(gè),風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)2 個(gè)。空調(diào)機(jī)組單個(gè)系統(tǒng)風(fēng)量從8000m3/h——40000 m3/h 不等。

1,Energy-saving HVAC
