停車時的鹽水灌滿和吹掃-中英對照

在停車時，每個電解槽都必須灌滿鹽水和堿液，以保證整個離子膜處于潮濕狀態(tài)，而且極化處理會在整個離子膜面積上起作用。電解槽陽極液側所需的鹽水灌滿量為每室37.5升。在大多數(shù)的停車情況下，使用普通鹽水進料系統(tǒng)即可，以正常工作鹽水進料速度進行持續(xù)運轉。但是，在各種情況下（包括現(xiàn)場主電源故障的情況）都必須保證此鹽水供應量，因此必須配有系統(tǒng)能夠在各種情況下為電解槽灌滿鹽水。

另外重要的一點是需要在灌滿鹽水后，應立即使用電解槽鹽水沖洗液（液體體積與所有電解槽陽極室的總體積相同）將含氯物質排出陽極室。所需的整體沖洗量應為單個陽極液室體積（107升）乘以單元槽總數(shù)。在大多數(shù)的停車情況下，使用普通鹽水進料系統(tǒng)即可，以正常工作鹽水進料速度進行持續(xù)運轉。但是，電解槽可能會受到損壞，因此建議配有系統(tǒng)能夠在各種情況下（包括現(xiàn)場電源故障的情況）為電解槽灌滿鹽水。

一般使用以下設備實現(xiàn)高整體性鹽水灌滿和沖洗：1）一個通過重力作用實現(xiàn)鹽水供給的原料儲槽；2）鹽水供給槽中具有一定量的鹽水，并配備具有高可靠性的鹽水供給泵，包括自動轉設備和備用電源，或者3）以上兩者結合使用。

用于灌滿和沖洗的鹽水必須為非酸化的電解槽供給鹽水，其pH值>2，溫度必須大于55℃。 

停車時的堿液灌滿和沖洗

在停車時，每個電解槽都必須灌滿供給堿液（每個單元槽30升）。在大多數(shù)的停車情況下，使用普通堿液進料系統(tǒng)即可，以正常工作堿液供給速度進行持續(xù)運轉。但是，在各種情況下（包括現(xiàn)場主電源故障的情況）都必須保證此堿液供應量，因此必須配有系統(tǒng)能夠在各種情況下為電解槽灌滿堿液。

一般使用以下設備實現(xiàn)高整體性堿液灌滿和沖洗：1）一個通過重力作用實現(xiàn)堿液供給的原料儲槽；2）陰極液槽中具有一定量的存儲量，并配備具有高可靠性的陰極液供給泵，包括自動轉設備和備用電源，或者3）以上兩者結合使用。 

對于正常停車情況，在灌滿后，如果鹽水沖洗沒有結束，則應繼續(xù)將堿液沖入電解槽陰極室中。

For normal parking, after filling, if there is no end of brine rinse, should continue to lye into cell cathode chamber.
