承包商對施工的安裝完全負責，并且負責提供全部熟練勞動，工具，舉升裝置和其它設備要求的處理和從存儲區(qū)到現(xiàn)場設備的運輸。
承包商必須提供足夠數(shù)量的熟練安裝工，能夠按照指定要求安裝設備，并且支付熟練的安裝工費用，包括全部運輸費用，全部開支和生活費用。
在土建工程或者大樓施工基本完成后，設備的安裝施工盡可能按照時間情況進行，以便將損害減到最小。在施工土木工程同時進行或者大樓施工臨近地方,承包商要求保護設備防止水,瓦礫,灰塵,油漆,等對設備造成損壞，保護措施工程師要求達到滿意的效果。
1.2 備件
合同條款要求提供備件，潤滑劑和其它消耗品，要求足夠能保證設備完成后3 年使用和維護。
經(jīng)過工程師同意，承包商必須提交一份建議的備件目錄。目錄包括：說明，部分數(shù)目，數(shù)量，單價，總量 ... 實際零備件目錄和提交文件一同提交。
在獲得工程師批準后，承包商必須購買要求的備件。
如果有任何備件用于補救在維修期間出現(xiàn)的缺陷，承包商必須立即替換這樣的備件，費用由承包商支付。
全部備件都可以嚴格與設備的相應部分通用。備件的質量不得低于原先設備的部件。備件必須采用足夠的保護裝入合適的集裝箱，能在現(xiàn)場條件下進行貯存，并且要求要付4份零備件目錄的詳細分項。
全部備件必須在試驗完成之前交付，并且在備件轉交后發(fā)出接管證明書。
1.3 測量器和工具
承包商要求提供成套工具包括服務，維修和設備拆卸必要的扳鉗和特別工具，并放置在合適墻體上安裝的鋼櫥里。工具標識有不能移除的標簽，以及一個工具的詳細一覽表。鋼櫥配有鎖和鍵鑰匙。扳鉗和工具允許：

1.1 Installation of equipment

Spare parts must adopt adequate protection in suitable containers, can carry on the storage conditions at the scene, and required to pay four detailed breakdown spare parts catalog.
All spare parts must be finished in the test before delivery, and after the spare parts to the taking over certificate.
1.3 Meter and tools
Contractor required to provide complete sets of tools including service, maintenance and removal of the necessary wrench and special tools, and placed on the right wall installation of the steel in the cupboard.
