在裝運(yùn)時(shí)，要特別注意配電盤(pán)及控制面板的包裝以防潮氣進(jìn)入。除非工程師另行同意，一般保護(hù)措施應(yīng)包括將設(shè)備裝入一個(gè)0.13毫米厚密封的聚乙烯袋及硅膠或其他經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)的空氣干燥器內(nèi)，并將多余的空氣抽出，使得聚乙烯袋能夠緊貼裝置的外部輪廓。

電動(dòng)電機(jī)（或類(lèi)似設(shè)備）運(yùn)輸時(shí)，電機(jī)應(yīng)上鎖以防軸承在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中因震動(dòng)受損。

2.20.2運(yùn)輸

承包商應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)將設(shè)備運(yùn)抵施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，包括其操作及保管。在某些特定情況下，設(shè)備的運(yùn)輸還包括以下任何一項(xiàng)或全部，但不限于此：

通過(guò)海運(yùn)，陸運(yùn)或空運(yùn)的方式裝載并運(yùn)送設(shè)備，包括保險(xiǎn)。

負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備在柬埔寨港口或鐵路或機(jī)場(chǎng)服務(wù)站入口處的相關(guān)費(fèi)用，包括港口費(fèi)、碼頭費(fèi)、逾期費(fèi)、中轉(zhuǎn)存儲(chǔ)費(fèi)、終點(diǎn)裝卸費(fèi)、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的再裝載轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)費(fèi)。

承包商應(yīng)盡可能在港口或者航空或鐵路終端詳細(xì)檢查設(shè)備，再運(yùn)達(dá)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。承包商一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備在運(yùn)輸時(shí)受損或被破壞，應(yīng)立即通知工程師，由其檢查設(shè)備并給出更換或維修的指令。

承包商應(yīng)在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)臨時(shí)的存儲(chǔ)區(qū)域�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)安排及存儲(chǔ)條件都必須經(jīng)工程師審批。工程師將隨時(shí)檢查承包商準(zhǔn)備的臨時(shí)存儲(chǔ)區(qū)域。沒(méi)有正確存放，受損的或者被腐蝕的物品將被做上標(biāo)記，且由承包商負(fù)責(zé)起更換的費(fèi)用。承包商在運(yùn)輸付款過(guò)程結(jié)束后，仍應(yīng)對(duì)設(shè)備的存儲(chǔ)全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)。

工程師認(rèn)為不合格的設(shè)備都必須立即移除，并由承包商負(fù)責(zé)更換。

2.20.3Storage 存儲(chǔ)

承包商應(yīng)根據(jù)制造商的建議為所有設(shè)備提供安全，合適的存儲(chǔ)地點(diǎn)，設(shè)備存儲(chǔ)要考慮溫度、雨水、陽(yáng)光，風(fēng)及地面條件等。

存儲(chǔ)的設(shè)備由承包商規(guī)劃放置，方便其在日后根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的需要重新使用。

支架上堆放的設(shè)備應(yīng)防止因隔板所造成的損壞，并安全擺放。金屬制品不得直接堆放在地上。

小物品可直接放入合適的大儲(chǔ)藏箱，盒子或抽屜內(nèi)，用標(biāo)簽清楚標(biāo)記。

小心處理并存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備以便其不受過(guò)度應(yīng)力的擠壓，保護(hù)其包裝不被損壞。

承包商對(duì)于吊索，鏈條及掛鉤的使用與放置應(yīng)符合制造商的包裝及設(shè)備標(biāo)記的要求。

承包商應(yīng)有一本庫(kù)存帳，有需要時(shí)可對(duì)存儲(chǔ)物進(jìn)行查詢，評(píng)判。

入口處僅限于存放原水主輸送管道所需的管道， PPWSA（金邊供水管理局）將在水處理廠內(nèi)劃出一塊回填區(qū)域作為管道儲(chǔ)存之用。承包商應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)圍欄以及存儲(chǔ)區(qū)的準(zhǔn)備工作，包括進(jìn)入該區(qū)域的通道。

2.21性能擔(dān)保

承包商應(yīng)擔(dān)保每臺(tái)設(shè)備都能具備令人，設(shè)備的整體性能良好能夠生產(chǎn)出指定質(zhì)量的原水，并達(dá)到泵送及運(yùn)輸?shù)囊�求�?/p>

承包商還應(yīng)擔(dān)保項(xiàng)目清單所列的各項(xiàng)細(xì)節(jié)情況屬實(shí)。

如果所擔(dān)保的性能未達(dá)成，承包商有必要對(duì)設(shè)備做出修改或更換以達(dá)到理想的性能。

2.22拍照

承包商應(yīng)在工程開(kāi)始之前現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安排照相，隨后根據(jù)工程師代表的要求提供JPEG格式的文件。承包商應(yīng)承諾在未經(jīng)雇主允許的情況下，不得將任何文件或打印文件做其他用途使用。承包商還應(yīng)保證現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不得出現(xiàn)未經(jīng)授權(quán)的攝影師。

Shipment Specification

2.20.2 Transportation

2.20.3 Storage

Contractor shall provide a safe, proper storage location, equipment storage to consider the temperature, rain, sunshine, and wind and ground conditions according to the manufacturer's recommendations for all equipment.

2.22 Taking photos

Contractor shall arrange photo before the start of the project site, then according to the requirement of the engineer's representative to provide JPEG files. Contractor shall also ensure that the site may not appear unauthorized photographer.
