施工計(jì)劃籌備事宜-中英版
承包商須提供打印文件，并裝入兩本冊(cè)子內(nèi)。承包商應(yīng)提供全部照片的電子檔，由工程師審批格式是否正確。給每張照片命名并歸檔，方便分類。以CD的形式提交照片文檔的拷貝件存檔，但是仍要提供兩本冊(cè)子。
2.23施工計(jì)劃
在籌備所要求的項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃過程中應(yīng)遵循合同的要求，承包商應(yīng)考慮任何關(guān)于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的限制。
施工計(jì)劃應(yīng)以關(guān)鍵路徑網(wǎng)絡(luò)的格式，以及條形圖呈現(xiàn)。
有關(guān)施工計(jì)劃的細(xì)節(jié)應(yīng)包括：
o設(shè)計(jì)，圖紙及文件的呈遞，
o工程師批準(zhǔn)的程序/復(fù)審的程序，
o如有必要再次呈遞圖紙等并進(jìn)行復(fù)審，
o主要結(jié)果的土建施工，
o采購訂單的發(fā)出，
o在制造商所在地的設(shè)備測(cè)試，
o設(shè)備運(yùn)輸?shù)浆F(xiàn)場(chǎng)，
o設(shè)備安裝，
o在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的設(shè)備測(cè)試
o竣工測(cè)試（試運(yùn)行測(cè)試）
項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃制定時(shí)應(yīng)考慮在第B部分中臨時(shí)操作打斷承包商進(jìn)度的工程。工程施工及分段施工的竣工時(shí)間應(yīng)遵照合同所述的周期要求執(zhí)行。
工程師對(duì)承包商提出的項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃的批準(zhǔn)并不代表免除了承包商在合同要求下所應(yīng)履行的職責(zé)和責(zé)任。
根據(jù)工程師的要求隨時(shí)更新項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃以顯示出實(shí)際的工程進(jìn)度以及完成工程所需做出的修改。
2.24施工合同管理
2.24.1承包商的組織及合同管理
承包者應(yīng)提交一份顯示其施工合同管理的組織結(jié)構(gòu)圖表。該結(jié)構(gòu)包括項(xiàng)目管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)。在該組織結(jié)構(gòu)中指派一位項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理以及一位可以擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理代表的助理。
項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的職責(zé)包括負(fù)責(zé)規(guī)劃，采購工程材料，跟進(jìn)及合作。
o承包商的所有設(shè)計(jì)包括其分包商的設(shè)計(jì)在內(nèi)。
o所有設(shè)備的制造、安裝，測(cè)試及試運(yùn)行；
o所有土建工程的施工與測(cè)試，
o運(yùn)行及維修手冊(cè)的制作，
且他應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)并確保讓所有的分包商都遵從一切編碼，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及合同其他的技術(shù)要求。
所有工程師與承包商之間包括與承包商的分包商之間的通訊與溝通都應(yīng)在項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行。
2.24.2進(jìn)度報(bào)告及會(huì)議
每月的第一周，承包商應(yīng)向工程師遞交一份進(jìn)度報(bào)告。報(bào)告應(yīng)顯示批準(zhǔn)的合同項(xiàng)目在截至上個(gè)月月底的施工進(jìn)度。
根據(jù)合同的要求，報(bào)告應(yīng)顯示一切行動(dòng)的位置：設(shè)計(jì)、圖紙、采購、制造、工廠測(cè)試、運(yùn)輸、安裝，檢測(cè)及試運(yùn)行。
任何延遲都必須由承包商詳細(xì)說明，并提出克服延遲的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃。
考慮到施工的進(jìn)展情況，只要工程師認(rèn)為必要，工程師可以隨時(shí)在其辦公室或是承包商辦公室又或是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)召開會(huì)議，
2.24.3轉(zhuǎn)包合同訂單
在工程師批準(zhǔn)了設(shè)備供應(yīng)或工程實(shí)施的承包商之后，在沒有事先得到工程師書面批準(zhǔn)的前提下是不允許更換制造商或分包商的。在下達(dá)訂單之前，應(yīng)將給每個(gè)分包商訂單的復(fù)印件交給工程師，并清楚標(biāo)記工程項(xiàng)目名稱以及合同編號(hào)。
2.24.4現(xiàn)場(chǎng)清理
在安裝期間，承包商應(yīng)保證其施工區(qū)域的環(huán)境清潔，整齊且安全。由承包商出資盡早將施工產(chǎn)生的廢棄物料，包裝及其它碎片從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)清理干凈。

Plans for Construction Preparations
Contractor shall provide print file and load within two pamphlets. Moreover, contractor shall provide all the photos of the electronic file, which shall be approval by the engineer in correct format. Name each photo and file for classification. It is required to submit photographs of the document in the form of CD copy the archive, but it still need to provide two pamphlets.
2.23 Construction plan
In preparation for the required in the process of the project plan, it shall follow the requirements of contract; contractor shall consider any restrictions on site.
Construction plan shall be in the form of the critical path network, as well as a bar chart.
Details about the construction plan shall include:
Design, drawings and documents presented,
Engineer approval procedures/review,
Present and review the drawing,
Main result of the civil construction,
Purchase order in the mail,
Location of the manufacturer of equipment testing,
Equipment transportation to the site,
Equipment installation,
Equipment at the scene test
Completion test (commissioning test)
Project planning shall be considered when temporary operation in the first part B to interrupt the progress of the project by the contractor. Engineering construction and segmental construction completion date shall be subject to execution period as stated in the contract requirements.
Project plan put forward by the engineer to the contractor's approved does not mean excused by the contractor under the contract shall perform duties and responsibilities.
According to the requirements of engineer to update the project plan in order to show the actual project progress and make changes needed to complete the project.
2.24 Construction contract management
2.24.1 Contractor organization and contract management
Contractor shall submit a report showing the construction contract management organization structure chart. The structure includes project management organizational structure. Appoint a project manager in the organization structure as well as representatives of a can serve as a project manager assistant.
Project manager's responsibilities include responsible for planning, procurement of engineering materials, follow up and cooperation.
Contractor of all design, including its subcontractor's design;
Equipment manufacture, installation, testing and commissioning;
All civil engineering construction and testing,
Operation and maintenance manuals,
Shall be responsible for and make sure that all the subcontractors are comply with all codes, standards and other technical requirements of the contract.
Between all engineers and contractors including communication between the subcontractor and communication with the contractor shall be under the guidance of project manager.
2.24.2 Progress report and meeting
In the first week of every month, contractor shall submit a progress report to the engineer. Reports shall be approved by the contract project during construction progress of the end of last month.
According to the requirement of the contract, the report shall display the location of all: design, drawings, procurement, manufacturing, factory test, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning.
Any delay must be detailed by the contractor, and put forward the plan of action to overcome the delay.
Considering the construction progress, as long as the engineer deems necessary, the engineer may at any time in the office or the contractor office meeting or site,
2.24.3 Subcontract order
Approval of the engineer equipment supply or project contractor, under the premise that did not get the written approval of the engineer in advance are not allowed to change manufacturer or subcontractor. Before placing orders, to order a copy of each subcontractor shall be handed over to the engineer, and clearly mark the project name and contract number.
2.24.4 Cleaning
