3.1.3.43.1.1.1 Site Drainage System
The Contractor shall design the drainage system of the power plant area taking into consideration treatment of rainfall inside the power station area before discharge to the environment.
Drain water shall be collected into ditches and gutters and shall be discharged into the waste water treatment system and after treatment, the clean water shall be returned the water treatment are to supply cooling water for plant. The design intensity of rainfall shall be for a return period of 5 years.
Site drainage shall be designed to ensure that any surface water entering the plant meets the quality standards of TCVN 5942 (Vietnam Environmental Standards Water Quality – Surface Water Quality Standard). In addition to the above, the following particular requirements apply:
1) Coal Yard Area: drainage from the coal yard area shall be directed to the sedimentation basin, and to discharge to the waste water treatment system.
2) Main Power Plant Area: drainage from the main power plant area shall be designed as follows:
- Areas of high risk of oil spills (e.g. oil unloading areas, transformer bund areas) shall be routed to full-retention separators before discharge to the waste water treatment system.
- Areas of low risk of oil spills may be drained directly to a storm water drainage system for direct discharge to the water treatment plant.
3) HV Switchyard Area: refer to sub-Clause 3.3.11.2
4) Water and wastewater treatment plants, oil tank areas: drainage from tank bunds shall be routed to full-retention separators before discharge to the C.W facilities.
5) General road, car parking areas and roof drainage where the risk of oil spills is low, may be discharged directly to a storm water drainage system before discharge to water treatment plant.
3.1.3.53.1.1.2 Boundary Fence邊界圍墻
The site boundary shall be a 2.5m high hollow brick wall with an extension on top which shall be 0.6m high with galvanised tubular posts, bent outwards at 45deg at the top and to which four lines of barbed wires are fixed.
The brick wall shall be built on a reinforced concrete footing and the design, including footing, concrete bracing beam on its top and joints shall allow for the differential settlement and thermal movement of the wall and foundation.
The brick portion shall be mortar finished. The bricks shall have lateral ties to join the brick leaves together. The tubular posts for the barbed wire shall be embedded in concrete cast in the brick wall. The exposed end of the posts shall be capped. The barbed wire shall be 2.5 mm diameter aluminium or galvanised steel and shall last the station life time .
Gates shall be provided at the entrances connecting to MAO KHE TPP’s road. The gates shall be opened and shut automatically, using electric motors. The control panels shall be placed in the guard house. The Contractor shall propose a gate style which symbolises the modern technology of a power plant and matches with the environment.
3.1.43.1.2 Switchyard開(kāi)關(guān)站
3.1.4.13.1.2.1 Earth Works
Fill material shall be placed and compacted on the existing area allocated to the switchyard to form the switchyard floor, slopes shall be provided for drainage. Refer to clause 3.5.1.3 Fill and backfill.
Switchyard Surfacing :
The surface of switchyard area shall be retrimmed and compacted to the design earthworks levels with crushed aggregate to a depth of 150 mm at least, above earthworks level to provide an all-weather vehicular access and weed growth retardant.
The materials used for switchyard surfacing, including alternative locally available material proposed will be approved by the Owner and consist of clean dry hard tough sound and durable 20 mm crushed aggregate of uniform quality, free from dust, clay, dirt and other deleterious matter and from excess of flat or laminated pieces. The material supplied shall have a mass of not less than 1.5 t/cubic meter, shall have been crushed to size from large pieces, so that rounded surfaces do not predominate and be of a colour which is not highly reflective.
3.1.4.23.1.2.2 Switchyard Drainage System開(kāi)關(guān)站排水系統(tǒng)
The switchyard area shall be drained by system of below ground, concrete trenches and drains, road kerbs and gutters, gutters along the fences and sub-soil drains. Concrete cable trenches will be located to suit the cabling requirements but there are generally two or three trenches, running most of the length of the switchyard.
開(kāi)關(guān)站區(qū)域的排水系統(tǒng)包括地下管道、混凝土溝渠、下水道、路邊石和檐槽、沿圍欄的檐槽以及地下排水管道;炷岭娎|溝渠位置的設(shè)置必須滿足電纜鋪設(shè)的要求,一般要求有2 或3個(gè)溝渠,沿開(kāi)關(guān)站的長(zhǎng)度鋪設(shè)。
To prevent oil spills from electrical equipment in the switchyard from being discharged into the local environment, all switchyard drainage shall be discharged into storage basin. The storage basin shall have a capacity of not less than 200m3 and be located outside the switchyard on the southern side. An oil separator and a facility for collecting and disposing of the oil shall be provided.
為防止開(kāi)關(guān)站電氣設(shè)備的漏油排入本地環(huán)境,全部開(kāi)關(guān)站的排水必須排入蓄水池。蓄水池的容量不得小于200m3,位于開(kāi)關(guān)站外南測(cè)。要求提供一臺(tái)油分離器和收集和處理油料的設(shè)備。
The outlet from the basin, using an underflow system, shall be discharged into the waste water treatment plant area. The basin shall be lined with impervious material to prevent leakage.
蓄水池的出口必須使用一個(gè)下溢系統(tǒng),廢水排入廢水處理廠。蓄水池使用不透水材料防止?jié)B漏。
3.1.4.33.1.2.3 Switchyard Fence開(kāi)關(guān)站圍墻
The switchyard shall be enclosed within a 2.0m high chainlink fence with a 0.6m extension bent outwards at 45 degrees at the top and to which four lines of barbed wire are fixed. The chainlink mesh shall be oblique overlap with gap spacing not to exceed 5cm.
開(kāi)關(guān)站圍墻環(huán)繞有扣環(huán)圍欄,圍欄高2.0米,頂部帶有的45 度的0.6外彎擴(kuò)展并固定有4行刺鐵絲?郗h(huán)圍欄的網(wǎng)眼斜向重疊,間隔距離不超過(guò)5 厘米。
The chainlink fence shall be formed from galvanised wire not less than 3.5mm diameter, with fixing wire not less than 2.5mm diameter. Its mainstays made by steel tube or concrete shall be built on reinforced concrete footings and in the design of the fence and footing, joints shall be provide to allow the differential settlement and thermal movement.
扣環(huán)圍欄由電鍍電線組成,直徑不少于3.5毫米,同時(shí)固定鋼絲的直徑不小于2.5毫米。支柱使用鋼管或者混凝土,安置在鋼筋混凝土底座上,并設(shè)計(jì)有柵欄和底腳,連接處必須留出不均勻沉降和熱運(yùn)動(dòng)余量。
Regular post supports shall be every 2.5m intervals with strain posts. 4 lines of 3.5mm diameter galvanised line wire shall be provided to fix the chainlink fence to the posts.
固定的柱支撐必須每2.5米間隔設(shè)置有應(yīng)變柱。應(yīng)變柱的扣環(huán)圍欄設(shè)置有4行直徑為3.5毫米電鍍線。
The tubular post shall be embedded in the top fence. The exposed end of the posts shall be capped. Barbed wire shall be 2.5mm diameter aluminium or galvanised steel and shall last the station lifetime.
管狀應(yīng)變柱嵌入在最高圍欄里,應(yīng)變柱暴露的末端必須覆蓋。刺鐵絲使用直徑為2.5鋁材或者電鍍鋼材,并且使用壽命必須能足夠維持車(chē)站的使用時(shí)間。
Gates shall be provided the front entrance to the switchyard, a pedestrian gate shall also be provided at the front entrance.
在開(kāi)關(guān)站的前方入口設(shè)置大門(mén),在前方入口也必須提供一道供行人出入的大門(mén)。
