每個(gè)格柵前后的布置有傳感器,可以提供與格柵進(jìn)出口處的液位成正比例的信號(hào),這些信號(hào)經(jīng)處理后輸出一個(gè)與進(jìn)出口液位差成正比例的信號(hào),當(dāng)格柵發(fā)生堵塞時(shí),格柵進(jìn)出口的液位差增大,輸出的信號(hào)成比例增加。當(dāng)滿足下列設(shè)定的接點(diǎn)切換信號(hào)時(shí),輸出一個(gè)接點(diǎn)切換信號(hào),控制格柵除污機(jī)的運(yùn)行:
當(dāng)格柵兩組傳感器前后液位差都小于0.12m水柱時(shí),在一個(gè)預(yù)先設(shè)定的時(shí)間段內(nèi),各鋼繩牽引格柵除污機(jī)由主控制箱內(nèi)的定時(shí)電路控制完成一個(gè)向下和向上的循環(huán)行程。
當(dāng)格柵進(jìn)出口任何一組傳感器液位差超過(guò)0.12m水柱時(shí),兩臺(tái)格柵除污機(jī)投入運(yùn)行一個(gè)或幾個(gè)周期,直到液位差值降至0.09m水柱以下。
當(dāng)任一格柵進(jìn)出口液位差達(dá)到0.25m水柱時(shí),向主控室發(fā)出遠(yuǎn)程報(bào)警信號(hào)。
2) 鼓形濾網(wǎng)液位差控制盤(pán)
2.1) 數(shù)據(jù)

儀表盤(pán)中包括兩種不同類(lèi)型的液位控制系統(tǒng),每套系統(tǒng)包括兩臺(tái)壓力傳感器,和一臺(tái)超聲波液位傳感器。
2.2) 運(yùn)行模式
鼓形濾網(wǎng)的兩側(cè)進(jìn)水口和出水口布置有3個(gè)一組的液位傳感器,可以提供與鼓形濾網(wǎng)進(jìn)出口兩側(cè)液位成正比例的信號(hào),這些信號(hào)經(jīng)處理后輸出一個(gè)與進(jìn)出口液位差成正比例的信號(hào)當(dāng)鼓形濾網(wǎng)發(fā)生堵塞時(shí),鼓形濾網(wǎng)進(jìn)口水位高于出口水位,輸出信號(hào)成比例增加。配置繼電接觸器,當(dāng)滿足下列設(shè)定的接點(diǎn)切換信號(hào)時(shí),輸出一個(gè)接點(diǎn)切換信號(hào),控制鼓形濾網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行:
當(dāng)每個(gè)取水口鼓形濾網(wǎng)進(jìn)出口液位差,三個(gè)一組液位傳感器全部三個(gè)都顯示小于0.1m水柱時(shí),在一個(gè)預(yù)先設(shè)定的時(shí)間段內(nèi),鼓形濾網(wǎng)由主控制盤(pán)內(nèi)定時(shí)電路控制,低速運(yùn)行;
當(dāng)鼓形濾網(wǎng)進(jìn)出口的三個(gè)一組液位差傳感器中有一個(gè)顯示0.1m水柱以上時(shí), 鼓形濾網(wǎng)切換到中速運(yùn)行;
如果鼓形濾網(wǎng)進(jìn)出口液位繼續(xù)上升,三個(gè)液位差傳感器中有兩個(gè)顯示大于0.2m水柱時(shí),鼓形濾網(wǎng)切換到高速運(yùn)行;
如果鼓形濾網(wǎng)進(jìn)出口液位差繼續(xù)上升,三個(gè)一組液位差傳感器中有兩個(gè)顯示大于0.3m水柱時(shí),向主控室發(fā)出第一個(gè)遠(yuǎn)程報(bào)警信號(hào);
如果鼓形濾網(wǎng)進(jìn)出口液位差繼續(xù)上升,三個(gè)一組液位差傳感器中有兩個(gè)顯示大于0.8m水柱時(shí),向主控室發(fā)出第二個(gè)報(bào)警信號(hào);
當(dāng)鼓形濾網(wǎng)進(jìn)出口的液位差減小時(shí),鼓形濾網(wǎng)按上述相反的順序切換到低速運(yùn)行。
2.3.2 陰極保護(hù)設(shè)備技術(shù)規(guī)格
陰極保護(hù)原則:保護(hù)HPX泵房?jī)?nèi)的設(shè)備采用犧牲陽(yáng)極塊和外加電流法進(jìn)行陰極保護(hù),犧牲陽(yáng)極塊按5年有效期設(shè)計(jì);HPX泵站外的設(shè)備采用犧牲陽(yáng)極塊進(jìn)行保護(hù),犧牲陽(yáng)極塊按15年有效期設(shè)計(jì)。
HPX泵站內(nèi)的外加電流陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)可以完全自動(dòng)或手動(dòng)運(yùn)行,含有四組室內(nèi)變壓整流器。系統(tǒng)能根據(jù)潮位 、涂漆保護(hù)層厚度和鼓形濾網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)速的變化自動(dòng)調(diào)整其輸出電流,維持結(jié)構(gòu)電位在預(yù)設(shè)范圍內(nèi)。設(shè)計(jì)電流容量有50%的裕度,以保證在其他結(jié)構(gòu)被合并到陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)中時(shí),仍有足夠的備用容量。
低碳鋼設(shè)計(jì)電流密度為110 mA/m2,不銹鋼設(shè)計(jì)電流密度為180 mA/m2。每個(gè)進(jìn)水渠構(gòu)造中均勻分布12副的鍍鈦陽(yáng)極的和4副鋅參考電極。參考電極進(jìn)行控制與監(jiān)測(cè)。電極位于鼓形濾網(wǎng)、導(dǎo)槽和格柵附近。每個(gè)陽(yáng)極和參考電極裝在UPVC管為電極提供機(jī)械保護(hù)。導(dǎo)管用鞍夾固定在水室的混凝土墻上,便于檢查和更換。聯(lián)結(jié)參考電極和陽(yáng)極的電纜都接入放置在操作平臺(tái)上的聚酯接線箱中,接線箱防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP67。接線箱置于涂漆的低碳鋼支撐架之上。變壓整流器中設(shè)有測(cè)量陽(yáng)極回路電流及參考電極電位的設(shè)備。系統(tǒng)設(shè)有遠(yuǎn)程控制和系統(tǒng)故障的接線端,但是沒(méi)有單獨(dú)的陽(yáng)極失效報(bào)警。HPX泵站內(nèi)的外加電流陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)包含如下結(jié)構(gòu)的防護(hù):

1.2).Operation mode
Sensors shall be arranged in front and back of each grid, which may offer the signal in direct proportion with the level of inlet and outlet vent of grid. These signals shall output a signal in direct proportion with the level of inlet and outlet vent after processing. When the grid is blocked, the inlet and outlet vent level difference of the grid increases, and the output signal shall be increased in proportion. When the switching signals of the following contacts are satisfied, output switching signal of a contact, and control the operation of grid spotter:
When the level difference in front and back of the two groups of sensors of grids is smaller than 0.12m water column, in one pre-determined period, each steel rope draws grid spotter and finishes one downwards and upward circulation process which controlled by timing circuit inside the main control cabinet.
When the level difference of inlet and outlet vent of any group of sensor of grid exceeds 0.12m water column, two grids spotter shall put into operation for one or several cycles until the level difference is dropped under the 0.09m water column.
When the level difference of inlet and outlet vent of any grid reach 0.25m water column, it is required to send out the long-range alarm signal to the main control room.
2).Drum shape strainer level difference control panel
2.1).Data

The instrument panel includes two different types of level control equipment: a pressure type and an ultrasonic type.
2.2). Operation mode
The inlet and outlet vent on both sides of the drum shape strainer are arranged with a set of 3 level sensors, which may offer the signal in direct proportion with the level of inlet and outlet vent on both sides of drum shape strainer. These signals shall output a signal in direct proportion with the level of inlet and outlet vent after processing. When the drum shape strainer is blocked, the inlet and outlet vent level difference of the drum shape strainer increases, and the output signal shall be increased in proportion. It is required to dispose the relay contact. When the switching signals of the following contacts are satisfied, output switching signal of a contact, and control the operation of drum shape strainer:

When the inlet and outlet vent level difference of each water intake of drum shape strainer as well as the a set of three level sensor are all smaller than 0.1m water column, in one pre-determined period, drum shape strainer is controlled by a timing circuit control of main control panel and operates at a low speed;
When one of three sensors in the set of level sensor of the inlet and outlet vent of drum shape strainer indicates 0.1m water column above, the drum shape strainer is switched over to the moderate speed operation;
If the inlet and outlet vent of drum shape strainer continues raising, and there are two sensors in three level difference sensor indicate 0.2m water column above, the drum shape strainer is switched over to operate at a high speed;
If the inlet and outlet vent of drum shape strainer continues raising, and there are one sensor in three level difference sensor indicate 0.3m water column above, send out the first long-range alarm signal to the main control room;
If the inlet and outlet vent of drum shape strainer continues raising, and there are two sensors in three level difference sensor indicate 0.8m water column above, send out the second long-range alarm signal to the main control room;
When the inlet and outlet vent of drum shape strainer is reduced, the drum shape strainer is switched over to operate at a low speed in above-mentioned opposite order.
2.3.2 Technical specification of the cathodic protection equipment
The cathodic protection principle: the protection of equipments of HPX pump house adopts cathodic protection of sacrificial anodes blocks and impressed current protection. The design of validity of sacrificial anodes sacrifice shall be 15 years;
The impressed current of cathodic protection of HPX pump protecting system may totally operate in auto or manual process, which is contained in a four chamber transformer rectifier. System may adjust output current automatically according to the change of tide height, thickness of antiabrasion layer and rotational speed of drum shape strainer, and maintain the structure electric potential in preset range. Design capacity of current shall leave 50% of overmeasure, so as to ensure the enough reserve capacity when the other structures are amalgamated in the system of cathodic protection.
The design current density of low carbon steel is about 110mA/m2. Each head race structure shall be arranged with 12 titanium-plated anodes and 4 zinc reference electrodes. The reference electrode operates for consulting and monitoring. The electrode is located around strainer of drum shape, guide groove and grid. Each anode and reference electrode is in UPVC pipe offering mechanical protection for electrode. The pipe is fixed on concrete wall of the water chamber with the saddle clip for easy checking and replacement. Connect the cables of reference electrodes and anode in the polyester junction box on the operating platform. The protection level of junction box is IP67. The junction box is located on the painted low carbon steel supporting frame. The anode circuit current and electric potential of reference electrodes measuring equipment is arranged in the transformer rectifier. The system has the wiring terminal for the long-range controlling and systematic failure, but there is no separate failure alarm of anode. The impressed current of cathodic protection of HPX pump protecting system includes the following protection structure:
