The safety measure of quarrying and the overhead transmission cableway of cement plant and repairing of electric equipments and machine
本服務(wù)規(guī)程將替代所有以前相同的、未特意引用或/和附帶的主題內(nèi)容，將為采石、高架輸送索道水泥廠電氣設(shè)備和機(jī)器的安全措施實(shí)施，隨后的修復(fù)確定了程序規(guī)程。
This service rules shall replace all the same, quoted unintentionally or /and attached subject content that promulgated earlier. Define the procedure for implementing the safety measure of quarrying and the overhead transmission cableway of cement plant and electric equipments and machine as well as the subsequent repairing.
對(duì)所有采石與高架輸送索道的水泥車間機(jī)器設(shè)備的日常和臨時(shí)檢查、維修和清潔時(shí)，都必須實(shí)行斷電操作（在機(jī)器上進(jìn)行操作時(shí)，其電氣部分必須斷開并采取安全措施）
Implement the power off operation for the daily and temporary inspection, maintenance and cleaning of the equipment of all cement workshop of quarrying and the overhead transmission cableway. (While operating the machine, the electric part shall be cut off and take the safety measure).
必須記住，在對(duì)機(jī)器進(jìn)行日常與臨時(shí)檢查、維修、清潔期間，對(duì)某機(jī)器采取的安全措施，應(yīng)絕對(duì)保證機(jī)器本身的位置及對(duì)其活動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的固定，同時(shí)也包括必要的準(zhǔn)備措施。
It is important to bear in mind that the implemented safety measure for the machine during the period of daily or temporarily inspection, maintenance and cleaning, shall absolutely guarantee origin position of machine and fixing of movable mechanism, including the essential preparation measure as well at the same time.
在對(duì)機(jī)器實(shí)施日�；蚺R時(shí)檢查、維修、清潔之前，有必要請(qǐng)各位負(fù)責(zé)人，按照符合本服務(wù)規(guī)程規(guī)定的安全程序，使用采石與高架輸送索道水泥廠專用的安全措施登記表，如所附的復(fù)印件，實(shí)行對(duì)相關(guān)機(jī)器進(jìn)行安全措施的書面登記。因此，誰(shuí)申請(qǐng)某機(jī)器的安全措施，誰(shuí)將作為該機(jī)器安全措施的實(shí)施負(fù)責(zé)人。
Before daily or temporary inspection, maintenance and cleaning of the machine, it is necessary to invite the directors, in accordance with the security procedure of this services rule, use the special registration forms of safety measure. See the copy documents that attached; apply the written registration for the safety measure of the relevant machine. Therefore, no matter who applies the safety measure of the machine, the person will be regarded as the person in charge of implementation of safety measure of that machine.
本服務(wù)規(guī)程也適用于在電氣設(shè)備或附近的電氣裝置上的操作，或?qū)λ鼈兊牟考ㄈ缪b置、電氣控制柜、電源線等）的操作，可歸并為以下幾類：
This service rules is also applicable to the operation of the electric equipment or the electric device around or its part (such as device, electric switch board and cable, etc.). This service rules can be classified to the following types:
• 日常和臨時(shí)的維修，如修理、更換、修裝、擴(kuò)建及裝配;
• Daily and temporary maintenance such as repairing, replacing, fixing, extending and assembling;
• 檢查和測(cè)量（包括故障搜尋），
• Inspection and measuring (including the failure diagnosis);
具體說(shuō)明如下：
The detail description is as follows:
1. 對(duì)電氣設(shè)備以其附近相關(guān)部件的日常和臨時(shí)維修工作，將實(shí)行斷電操作（對(duì)某設(shè)備進(jìn)行隔離和安全防護(hù)措施），特別是在安全防護(hù)措施階段，必須由一位專家（PES），或一位仔細(xì)的、經(jīng)特種工作專門培訓(xùn)的人員（PAV）來(lái)實(shí)施，而對(duì)有關(guān)某隔離設(shè)備的斷電和安全防護(hù)措施，可以由一位PES人員，由一位PAV人員或一位精通該項(xiàng)工作的普通人員（PEC）來(lái)實(shí)施;
1. Implement the power off operation for the daily and temporary maintenance of the electric equipment and relevant part around (implement the isolating and safety precautions for some equipment), especially in the stage of safety precautions. It is necessary to assign an expert (PES), or careful personnel who are specially trained for special operation. However, as for the power off and security procedures of relevant isolating equipments, it is applicable to assign a PES person for that job, and arrange a PAV personnel or an ordinary personnel (PEC) proficient in the implementation of this job;
2. 對(duì)某電氣設(shè)備或附近電氣裝置的檢查工作和測(cè)量（包括故障搜尋），可帶電操作（必須避開帶有產(chǎn)生電擊或電弧危險(xiǎn)的帶電部分進(jìn)行操作）并且須唯一和專門地由某位專家PES或經(jīng)特種工作專門培訓(xùn)的PAV人員實(shí)施操作。
2. As for the inspection and measurement of some electric equipments or electric device around (including the failure diagnosis), it is applicable to start the operation under electrification (it is required to avoid operating the electrification part producing the dangerous shocking or electric arc). And it shall be operated by the expert PES or the PAV personnel who are specially trained for special operation.
這就意味著，在進(jìn)行某電氣設(shè)備或附近的電氣裝置實(shí)施日�；蚺R時(shí)維修工作之前，有必要請(qǐng)參與各項(xiàng)工作的負(fù)責(zé)人在采石、高架輸送索道的水泥廠專用的安全保護(hù)措施登記表上，對(duì)有關(guān)的安全措施實(shí)行申請(qǐng)登記。
It means that before the operation of daily or temporary inspection of some electric equipment or the electric device around, it is necessary to invite project director a register the special safety registration form of protective measure for the relevant safety measures of quarrying and the overhead transmission cableway of cement plant.
由此，申請(qǐng)某設(shè)備安全保護(hù)措施的人員，將作為在該電氣設(shè)備或附近電氣設(shè)備上的實(shí)施負(fù)責(zé)人。
Therefore, the personnel who apply for safe protective measure of some equipment shall be regarded as the person in charge of implementation on this electric equipment or the electric equipment around.
